Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You pick one plan based on how many API requests you expect each month. The four plans form a tiered structure: Basic Plan covers 9,000 requests monthly, Pro Plan covers 125,000, Ultra Plan covers 750,000, and Mega Plan covers 2,000,000. Each tier is a monthly request quota billed on a contract. The plans differ only in included request volume, so you scale up by choosing a higher-volume tier. All plans deliver the same request results. Pick the tier that matches your expected monthly request count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing against my monthly quota?
Each API call you send to score text counts as one request. You can score a single word, a sentence, or a paragraph in one call. Each call draws down one request from your monthly quota, regardless of how much text the call contains.
Is there a limit on how much text I can send in one request?
Yes. Each request accepts up to 14,336 Unicode characters. This count includes whitespace and any markup characters such as HTML or XML tags. Text beyond that limit will not be processed within a single request.
What happens if I send requests too quickly?
The server normally handles 6 requests per second and scales up automatically during heavier traffic. Scaling happens periodically, so sudden bursts may fail. Start at 6 requests per second and raise the rate gradually. There is no per-request rate limit beyond server capacity.
