Overview
NNCompass data management, ETL and cloud AI orchestration software acts as the bridge between your data sources (onprem or cloud) and AI/ML cloud services and libraries. NNCompass abstracts all required engineering tasks needed to both orchestrate and consume the output of AI/ML, even for UNSTRUCTURED data, in a single pane of glass that handles data ingestion (ETL), data preparation and transformation, streaming/pipelines and export to your format or database of choice. NNCompass was designed to make data integration and management more intuitive and efficient, while opening the worlds of open source AI and machine learning to everyone in the enterprise. NNCompass tackles in-memory data ingestion and dataflow, ML/AI orchestration, unstructured document prep and application of ML to apply structure to unstructured file formats (PDF, Word, Forms, Health Records, Text, Emails), data preparation & transformation, and data integration. Non-technical users can point their data at premier cloud-enabled AI services like AWS Comprehend & Comprehend Medical. We orchestrate all of the core engineering tasks required to take advantage of these services, making it much more efficient for the enterprise. Users can also select from a number of "Smart Data" creators to do amazing things with their data, like segmenting customers by fields like total spend and demographics, clustering data together based any type of performance metric, and many more use cases.

Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance size you run NNCompass Data Management on. The dimensions are not feature tiers. They are compute options that map to different instance types and capacities. The t3.xlarge and t3.2xlarge options give lighter compute. The m4 family (4xlarge, 10xlarge, 16xlarge) and m5 family (4xlarge, 12xlarge, 24xlarge) offer larger memory and processing capacity as the size number rises. You select the instance that fits your workload, and hourly charges scale with the size you choose.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You pay for the AWS EC2 instance that runs the software, billed per running hour. Each dimension maps to a specific instance type. The t3 options provide lighter compute. The m4 and m5 families provide more memory and processing as the size number rises. You pick the instance that fits your workload.
Hourly software charges apply while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance does not accrue software charges. Note that stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the software license meters running time only.
Scaling means moving to a larger instance dimension. The m4 family runs 4xlarge, 10xlarge, and 16xlarge sizes. The m5 family runs 4xlarge, 12xlarge, and 24xlarge. Larger sizes add memory and processing capacity for heavier ingest, transformation, and machine learning workflows. Hourly charges scale with the size you select.

Usage instructions
NNCompass will start automatically when the instance launches. Use your web browser to connect to and use the application. The default username for the NNCompass web application is "admin"and the password is initially set to the instance-id. Navigate to the Public IPV4 IP address (public DNS name which can be found on the EC2 console information for your NNCompass instance).
