What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for storage and file sync, and I enjoy having instant access to files. It's great that I experience zero problems; it just works. The sync data feature is particularly beneficial because I need access from several devices to the same files. I also find setting up Dropbox to be easy, and I appreciate being able to use it with websites that require file access.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anywhere. I’m able to store and retrieve my files from either a computer or a phone, and it feels secure. I can save and access documents, photos, or any other digital items on a secure virtual site whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage is limited. You also need the internet to connect to the storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me keep my files organized and easy to manage. I can access them from almost anywhere, as long as I have an internet connection.

Overall, the service is good, but I believe improvements to the pricing structure and storage limits would greatly enhance the user experience.

Before using Dropbox, sharing large files and tracking the latest document versions was often confusing and time-consuming. Now, everything stays synced in one place, allowing me to collaborate easily by sharing links instead of sending large attachments. This has significantly reduced stress and helped me work more efficiently from anywhere.
