    What do you like best about the product?
    Had an intro call with Serge Neginskiy today to talk through how Faddom could help our business. Serge was superb - asking the right questions, showcasing the most relevant features and explaining things succinctly. An excellent ambassador for the company. Already builds confidence if the quality of staff is so high from the off.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing so far, other than the minimum characters for this field is 40 so I've got to keep typing!

    Dependancy and relationship mapping between systems.

    It was useful for identifying asset that we didnt manage properly.

    Some reports were incomplete, so we had to ask more times for support.

    He solved the problem related to unmanaged and old assets.

    Faddom was good at being able to work out what traffic flows were going where to make our migrations nice and easy
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The GUI when looking into reports isnt epic, but it does work.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Faddom was used to gather data about traffic in the same L2 network to allow for microsegmentation.
