What do you like best about the product?
The Multi NLP + sentiment/ context handling for smarter, human like conversations and also omni channel deployment & enterprise integrations are the best about kore AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I feel it complex for the beginners due to too many modules and the integrations also the configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves problems like high support work load, slow response times and the step wise work flows and it also give 24/7 AI assist to the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Kore.ai is its comprehensive end-to-end automation capabilities. I am particularly impressed by how the XO Platform brings together no-code bot development, advanced NLP, dialog management, APIs, and workflow automation within a single, unified environment. This integration makes it highly efficient to design, test, deploy, and scale enterprise bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kore.ai could enhance its Search and Language features. At times, the SearchAssist results seem inconsistent, particularly when dealing with content that contains similar keywords or when indexing large data sets. Furthermore, switching languages within workflows is not always smooth; it often demands additional effort to preserve context when users change languages during a conversation. Addressing these issues would further strengthen the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai addresses significant automation and conversational AI challenges by offering a comprehensive platform for creating intelligent virtual assistants without the need for extensive coding. It enables the automation of customer support, the optimization of business workflows, and a reduction in manual tasks. Thanks to its robust NLP capabilities, advanced dialog management tools, and support for multi-channel deployments, I am able to develop scalable and consistent bot experiences much more efficiently. What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the user interface feels somewhat clunky, particularly when handling large bot flows. Additionally, debugging more complex conversations is not always intuitive, and I find that the documentation lacks sufficient detail for advanced use cases.

Kore.ai has streamlined both customer and employee interactions by using intelligent chatbots. In my experience, it has significantly lessened the manual work involved in addressing repetitive questions and has led to faster response times.
