What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to create complex conversational flows with ease, requiring minimal coding. It also offers built-in support for multiple channels. The natural language processing is reliable, and the user interface is straightforward and user-friendly for both developers and business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the user interface feels somewhat clunky, particularly when handling large bot flows. Additionally, debugging more complex conversations is not always intuitive, and I find that the documentation lacks sufficient detail for advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai has streamlined both customer and employee interactions by using intelligent chatbots. In my experience, it has significantly lessened the manual work involved in addressing repetitive questions and has led to faster response times. Additionally, I’ve found it much simpler to deploy bots on various platforms without the need to rebuild them each time.

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate Kore.AI for its wide array of features that set it apart from other chatbot or agent application platforms in the market. The platform excels in offering extensive capabilities in areas such as billing and testing, which are crucial for seamless operations. Furthermore, the integration of advanced features like Search AI and Agent AI is particularly impressive. These recent innovations enhance the functionality of the Kore.AI contact center application, offering significant improvements in efficiency and user experience. These tools are not only advanced but also integral in streamlining processes and improving the overall operational dynamics of the contact center solution provided by Kore.AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a large number of features, Kore.AI also comes with a considerable number of issues. There is a noticeable lag in resolving these issues, indicating that less importance might be given to testing the product before releasing it for use. This is an area that needs more attention and improvement to ensure a smoother user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Kore.AI reduces billing efforts and simplifies conversational flow design with its generative AI features, enhancing our contact center application development.
Smooth Implementation and Great Support, Minor Delays on Features
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to develop a fantastic virtual assistant with Kore. The implementation has been very smooth. Our Customer Success Manger has been crucial to drive the project to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have taken longer than expected to complete, but all in all we've got what we've requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the load of incoming calls to some sales staff and also processing email requests from customers.
Powerful Customization, But Needs More Reliable Support and Fewer Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated platform starting from low-code / no-code to deep customizations using scripting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs. I feel that there is big time pressure to deliver new capabilities to the market and limited time for testing and training the support teams which are still not reliable in providing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very flexible and available from the shelf platform can be setup within days or weeks rather than months. It enables quick PoCs to validate idea with limited needs of pro resources. It makes it easier to deliver first value, even before full scalability.
Great API Integrations, But Support and Bugs Need Improvement

The platform is built around API integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are bugs or certain features that do not function properly, and the support team at Kore is not always able to provide a solution.

I've encountered some problems with the custom dashboards, as well as difficulties related to intent detection.

hat I like best about Kore.AI is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. Even if you’re not a technical person, you can still build and manage conversations or automations smoothly without needing deep technical skills

Sometimes it gets a bit complicated when testing the bot if something doesn’t work as expected it’s not always clear why even after checking the debug section.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Kore.AI to be very user-friendly, which significantly enhances my experience. The interface is not just easy to navigate but also visually appealing, making it simple to understand from a demand perspective. I also appreciate the fine-tuning feature, which is very good, and the models options provided are beneficial. These features allow me to adjust models and add labeled data effectively, although I primarily used it for training purposes. Kore.AI also stands out for its excellent capabilities in generating reports, which is a significant advantage for me. These aspects contribute to a strong positive influence on my usage experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Kore.AI to provide more free trial opportunities for newcomers. Extending the free trial period for new users could significantly increase the product's reach and accessibility to a wider audience.

I find Kore.AI user-friendly with a catchy interface, enhancing agent assist, and it's effective in report generation. Its fine-tuning feature helps with agent training.

No proper training video available in youtube and no forum and less developers

the ease with which external platforms can be connected to kore.ai and managed as a multi-function orchestrator

that some tools are not yet 100% proprietary and that in some parts of development, workflow updates are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems usually involve document searches, which makes it easy to provide fast and appropriate customer support, and the advantage is that it's on a large scale.
