Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy 1Password Unified Access through a contract billed per user. The Unified Access Annual Subscription sets your base commitment over a 36-month term, priced per 100 users per year, with pricing arranged directly with 1Password. If your team grows during the term, the Added Unified Access Users dimension lets you add capacity, priced per user per year. This structure gives you a committed base plus an add-on to scale seats as needed. Both dimensions bill on an annual per-user basis under the same contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very secure. Sharing sensitive information with family becomes easy with 1password. I can order and fill out forms way faster thanks to 1password.

Auto fill at times has issues. Some sites I need to manually copy and fill my information in.

Storage of sensitive information in a simple way that keeps my data safe but also easy to access.

It’s probably a lack of knowledge on my side, but sometimes the browser extension shows suggestions on login pages and other times it doesn’t.

It’s very user-friendly and easy to integrate. It also provides a faster way to access sensitive passwords while keeping them secure enough for the organization, and it’s affordable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recovery could be easier when the device gets reset; it shouldn’t require admin intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity a shared vault brings to my family life is unquantifiable. Having access to everything we need when visiting doctors, traveling, or balancing daily to-do's is worth the price of admission and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
No notes, it took me a little while to learn how to disable other password managers on my mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ability to access web portals that my family shares and taking away the pain of creating and remembering passwords. I've been able to elect for passkeys in many places.
