Try this product free for 7 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance size you pick, with no upfront commitment. Charges accrue only while your server runs. The many options are not feature tiers — they are compute types that differ in CPU, memory, and hardware profile. General-purpose (t, m), compute-optimized (c), storage-optimized (i7i), and memory-focused (r) families are available in sizes from nano through 2xlarge. Larger sizes cost more per hour. The Mibew software is identical across all of them; you choose the instance to match your traffic and performance needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hour of billing cover, and am I charged when the server is stopped?
You pay for each hour your chosen EC2 instance runs the Mibew appliance. Charges accrue only while the instance is running. A stopped instance does not accrue software charges, though underlying AWS storage fees may still apply. Billing follows actual running time with no upfront commitment.
How do I pick the right instance size, and can I change it later?
Each instance type differs in CPU, memory, and hardware profile. General-purpose (t, m) types suit light or steady chat traffic. Compute-optimized (c) types handle heavier processing. You can stop the server and relaunch on a different instance type to match changing traffic needs.
Does the hourly price include support, and what support comes with my subscription?
Your subscription bundles free getting-started help, unlimited Hub and TurnKey questions, and one free level 1 support incident per month. It also includes free 1-click cloud backup and restore. Additional paid support for custom work and major upgrades is available at discounted rates. Register on the TurnKey Hub to access these benefits.
