Vendor refund policy
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have a billing concern or wish to request a refund, please contact MaiAgent support at support@maiagent.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will review eligible requests and, if approved, process refunds through AWS Marketplace.
