Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

An Engaged User is a learner who participates in a Yellowdig Engage community, such as a course or faculty community. You are billed by the number of users you expect to engage, not by seats purchased or features enabled. You size your commitment to your program's active learner count.
You commit upfront to a set quantity of Engaged Users for your contract term. The rate is fixed per Engaged User for that term. Your total cost scales with the quantity you buy. There are no usage-based hourly charges and no feature tiers to add on.
