As your interoperability partner, we handle the heavy lifting, from connectivity to data transformation, so your teams can spend less time maintaining integrations and more time driving innovation. Whether you are connecting new applications, modernizing infrastructure, or building an AI-ready data foundation, Redox simplifies interoperability at scale.
Redox helps health systems, hospitals, and clinics abstract the complexity of legacy standards and outdated systems to build longitudinal views of their patients in AWS. Redox is HITRUST certified and SOC II compliant to unlock secure bi-directional, real-time data exchange with other provider electronic health records (EHRs), payer source systems, clearinghouses, health information exchanges (HIEs), and health information networks like Carequality.
Redox for AWS simplifies the process of transforming clinical and administrative data from legacy standards like HL7v2, C-CDA, X12, DICOM, and more into FHIR R4 for easy ingestion to Amazon S3 or Amazon Healthlake - making it usable in AWS's suite of cloud-native analytics, AI, and ML tools.
Redox handles:
-Connectivity to EHRs, payer systems of record, and/or other systems (e.g. VPN, webhook, SFTP, etc.)
-Mapping from local native formats (e.g. HL7, XML, X12, API, C-CDA, etc.) into FHIR
-Real-time, bi-directional processing including real-time feeds, nightly extract files, and historic backloads.
-Ongoing 24/7 maintenance and monitoring of interfaces with a track record of 99.95 percent uptime
Our experience with over 14,500+ healthcare integrations and highly scalable platform enables secure healthcare data exchange with AWS faster than any other solution. Redox is available to be deployed in the United States and Canada and is licensed annually, including base platform fee and cost per transaction. Transaction tiers are priced based on the expected total message volume and the complexity of transformation to FHIR.
All Cloud integration plans include:
-CDA and HL7 Legacy standard transformation to FHIR
-Backload Support
-Platform API
-Logging and transaction monitor
-Message Filtering Configurations
-Enterprise Single Sign-On
-User Management and Role-Based Access Controls

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Starts at. Platform only; does not include transactions or services. This listing is for illustrative purposes only, final contract value will be dependent on scope. Your order form will always be the source of truth for your contract. Please contact Redox to learn about our support for DICOM, CCD, HL7, FHIR, flat files and more.

Transaction tier
Transform messages for AWS ingestion. Annual pricing is defined in private offer. Price listed is purely an example of transaction pricing.
This contract pairs two pricing dimensions that work together. The Redox Engine Platform charge covers the baseline infrastructure only. It does not include transactions or setup services. The Transaction tier charge covers messages transformed for AWS ingestion, billed by usage. Your total cost is additive: you pay the platform fee plus consumption based on your annual transaction volume. Both dimensions are priced as illustrative examples. Your final contract value depends on your scope, and your order form is the source of truth. Contact Redox for details on supported data formats like DICOM, CCD, HL7, and FHIR.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one transaction for billing in the Transaction tier?
A transaction is one message transformed and moved through the platform for AWS ingestion. Redox normalizes and routes healthcare data across formats like HL7, FHIR, DICOM, CCD, and flat files. Each message processed counts toward your volume. Contact Redox to confirm how your specific data flows are counted.
Does my cost double if I add a second connection or new EHR endpoint?
No. You integrate into the platform once and reuse that infrastructure. Adding a second, tenth, or hundredth endpoint draws on the same connectivity rather than rebuilding from scratch. This lowers your average cost per connection as you scale, instead of multiplying it with each new endpoint.
Which dimension drives most of my bill — the platform fee or transactions?
The platform fee is a fixed baseline for infrastructure and support. The Transaction tier scales with your annual message volume. For high-volume data exchange, transactions usually drive the larger share. Both charges apply together on the same contract, and your order form defines the final amounts.

Im sure they're good for integrations but nothing from my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Negative experience. I reached out to see if we could get a refund of the service as we didn't do any kick off meeting and it was no longer needed. We signed the contract due to our integration partner unwinding on operations and Redox knew that too. Very unhappy with this company I had to consistently follow up with them. We ended up not getting a refund due to contract terms even though no service was provided.
If you're looking for a partner to help with integrations I would not recommend Redox. I did request to speak with the management team and still no response as of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It was wonderful to work with a talented set of people at this startup! I had the opportunity to work with Sean, Nijay, and Tristan and many more of the product managers, and engineers. Their work on interoperability is amazing and even though the Teams patients app is currently on hold, we loved the interaction and will definitely come back to this!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's business model and licensing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
All of our Redox integrations have exceeded our expectations for monitoring and support. Solid response times and transparency!
What do you dislike about the product?
Redox dashboard can be more user friendly. We would like to see more of an elastic/Kibana search for messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solid API to connect with certain EHRs and large scale deployments for results/order messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Redox’s vendor-agnostic approach allows organizations to send or receive messages securely in any format associated with their electronic health record (EHR). We love their flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The service and response of their support. Whenever our team has had need of their support or engineering team, Redox has always been incredibly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is a lack of interface reporting. Their model is great for businesses in need of healthcare interfaces, but when it comes to critical services, any delay can be costly, and it is can be very important that even short delays or message queues be communicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in the ED space, providing wait time estimates and improving the patient experience throughout the entire ED visit. For us, having Redox allows us to focus on our core competency without having to manage VPNs or interface engines. Redox allows us to focus our engineering efforts on our AI and NLP engines to revolutionize the patient experience without wasting efforts managing interface connections to the various data points of disparate healthcare systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Redox is great for fast integrations. While they may not be the right fit for everyone right out of the gate, or if you require an on-premise interface, they are a great solution for cloud integration, and take the burden off of your team for managing healthcare interfaces. They also remove the requirement that an engineer fully understand HL7 or healthcare data.
