In-frame HIS: Registration and appointment booking in-frame to improve agent productivity. Call center agent need not switch screens to book appointments in the HIS nor has to re-enter patient details
Patient 360: Enables the call center agent to provide a personalized experience to the patient and also upsell and cross opportunities. Easy to consume patient view that captures - a) Demographic profile with family tree and NPS b) Health Profile c) Any associated opportunities or support tickets on the phone number d) Transactions across all services (OP, Lab, Pharmacy) with details e) Promotional communication sent through PEP to the phone number f) All past interactions of the patient with the call center
Auto-lead generation: Lead aggregation across three sources a) Business as usual: Website enquiries, missed call-centre calls, social media, 3rd party lead bank b) Platform led opportunities: Leads initiated or dropouts during usage of EMR, Patient Bot/ App, Doctor Bot for Referral Enquiry Management etc. c) Clinical pathways led opportunities: Leads triggered through integrated clinical pathways e.g., physiotherapy post TKR, missed dialysis session, repeat MRI etc.
Automated Ticketing: System proactively identifies support issues or SLA breaches and creates and assigns tickets to the right agents e.g., video call not connected, payment drop offs
Analytics and Reporting: Standard and custom dashboards measuring agent productivity and conversions across channels and services
