JOOPY is a leading cloud-based off-the-shelf Sales and Service Performance platform, which enables global sales organizations to increase their sales and improve their profitability. JOOPY enables tier 1 sales organizations to manage their entire product categories under a unified platform, combining identical operational processes and policies and providing the enterprise's sales channels (internal and external) a web portal to increase engagement and strengthen their relations with the organization for optimized business results. JOOPY introduces a 'Sales Channel' facing approach to motivate the entire distribution network to achieve its goals and objectives, thus enabling the global sales organization to successfully translate its strategic goals into operational sales targets and objectives. JOOPY will provide the tier 1 organization with a powerful tool through which it can rapidly and easily define, maintain, and manage incentives, sales performance, and commission models through a user-friendly and flexible HTML GUI. JOOPY manages all sales channels' activities, including business transactions, payments, financial balances, draws, rejects, and disputes. In addition, it monitors performance and provides a portal that offers an effective communication platform for the global sales organization and its executives, so that they can monitor sales performance and goal achievements, incentive and commission calculations, and approval processes of payments and disputes.

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
Support
Vendor support
Customers may cancel the service by emailing support@incentives-solutions.com at least 30 days before the next quarter starts to avoid automatic billing. Refunds will only be issued retroactively if the service is fully utilized. Once the quarterly period has begun, the service cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for that period.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
