Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Usage instructions
An AWS account with appropriate permissions for services like ECR, ECS, AppRunner, RDS, etc. Docker should be installed on the local machine.
- Download Container Images:
Locate the "Container Images" section within the provided instructions. Use the commands listed there to download the necessary container images to your local environment, typically using docker pull. Check downloaded images using docker image ls.
- Set Up Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR):
Before proceeding, check if you already have an Amazon ECR repository. If not, create one for each image following the AWS documentation or instructions available within the marketplace product details. For details, see AWS ECR Documentation. For product v1.0.
- Push Container Images to ECR:
Once you have an ECR repository, identify the appropriate repository for your container images. Locate the "View Push Commands" section to guide you in pushing the downloaded container images to your chosen ECR repository. Steps to perform:
3.1 Retrieve an authentication token and authenticate your clients.
3.2 Skip this step (Helm chart authentication).
3.3 Skip this step (building images).
3.4 Tag your image to push them to this repository.
3.5 Run the provided command to push this image to your newly created AWS repository.
3.6 Verify the push is successful. 4. Deploy Using Amazon AppRunner:

4.1 Go to App Runner in AWS Console:
Open the Amazon App Runner Console. Click "Create service".

Select Container registry as the source. Choose Amazon ECR as the registry type.
