You buy the Andromeda Starter Pack as a single contract for the Identity Security Platform. This is one fixed offering, not a set of tiers or instance sizes. Pricing rests on two agreed metrics set in your order form: Identities and Integrations. An Identity is a unique user in your HR or identity provider system, including non-human identities tied to applications or services. An Integration is a connection to a database, application, or API. Your fee scales with the count of Identities and Integrations you commit to under the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Identity for billing purposes?
An Identity is a unique user identifier listed in your HR system or identity provider application. This includes non-human identities (NHI), such as service accounts, API keys, or OAuth tokens tied to an application or service. Each unique identifier counts once toward your committed total.
What does one Integration mean and how is it counted?
An Integration is an end-point connection to a single instance of a database, application, or API used with the Service. Each connection is counted separately. Your integrations are listed in the order form and, together with Identities, form the basis for your fee.
Which metric drives my fee — Identities or Integrations?
Both metrics combine to set your fee, and each is fixed in your order form. Identity count usually dominates in large workforces or environments with many non-human identities. Integration count weighs more when you connect many separate databases, applications, or APIs. Both appear on the same contract.
