The support desk scope of support services includes defect resolution, new feature release, application administration support, product usage question, training, configuration support and others. Support is offered via Pooled Technical Support resources. Customers use the Sirion Support Desk to initiate Incident support requests via email or Sirion incident management system or phone.

• User-friendly Dashboard creation and reporting and customizing the views on the user level.
• The contracts cannot be arranged chronologically; all new contracts created are going down in the hierarchy, even if maybe the contracts are older.
Being able to assign a contract to an owner and send reminders concerning the actions that need to take on a contract level.
Using the communication channel within Sirion, reduces the number of emails received and facilitates taking action on the proper Contract ID.
