Powerful, Intuitive CLM with Impressive AI, Search, and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Sirion CLM is an exceptionally powerful solution for managing the full contract lifecycle. Its advanced search and analytics capabilities provide meaningful insights that support better decision-making. The platform’s AI features are also impressive compared to other CLM solutions, particularly when paired with structured upfront data capture, automated document generation, and streamlined workflows, which can significantly reduce contract turnaround times. Overall, Sirion feels intuitive, user-friendly, and highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configurations in Sirion can be a bit complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sirion CLM addresses the challenge of fragmented, manual, and slow contracting processes. By centralizing contracts, improving visibility, and using AI for drafting and analysis, it helps reduce risk and accelerate turnaround times. For me, the biggest benefits are shorter contract cycles, clearer insights into the process, and a far more user-friendly workflow overall.
Comprehensive CLM That Brings Legal, Procurement, and Business onto One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The end‑to‑end contract lifecycle coverage is the strongest aspect: from intake and clause libraries to authoring, negotiation, approvals, and post‑signature obligations. The platform is flexible in how workflows are configured, which lets us mirror our internal approval chains and policy controls without a lot of workaround. Search and reporting are also strong—being able to quickly locate contracts, filter by key terms, and pull basic metrics has made audits and stakeholder requests much easier. Integration with our existing tools (email, e‑signature, and some upstream/downstream systems) has reduced manual handoffs and kept more of the process in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant so far. The platform has largely met our expectations, and any minor issues we’ve encountered have been manageable and addressed through configuration or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sirion CLM is helping us centralize and standardize our contracting process. Before, contracts were scattered across email, shared drives, and different tools, making it difficult to track versions, approvals, and obligations. Now we have:
Single source of truth: All contracts and related documents live in one repository, improving visibility and reducing the risk of using outdated templates or terms.
Standardization and risk control: Clause libraries and templates help us enforce preferred language and reduce deviations, which lowers legal and compliance risk.
Process efficiency: Automated workflows for intake, approvals, and signatures have shortened cycle times and cut down on manual follow‑ups.
Obligation and renewal management: Alerts and tracking for key dates (renewals, expirations, milestones) help us avoid missed deadlines and support better commercial outcomes.
Better reporting: We can answer basic questions about contract volumes, cycle times, and risk profiles much faster, which supports decision‑making and resourcing.
Overall, it has moved us from a fragmented, ad‑hoc contracting approach to a more controlled and data‑driven process.

Its strong template and clause management lets us enforce our templates effectively and reduce manual work, which prevents template misuse, producing consistent contracts across business lines. I appreciate the integration with DocuSign for eSignature and the flexible integrations with tools like SAP. What is the strong is the ability to customize and configure anything within the tool, which helps us customize the system according to our needs without needing to adjust our workflow. This adaptability aids in user adoption since we can bring not-so-perfect processes into the tool and improve as we use it. Once we obtained config/customization access, the setup was smooth.
