What do you like best about the product?
The AI features and overall intuitive nature of the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to auto redline on a PDF document

It creates a single source of truth and has the capability to manage post signature obligations very well.

Powerful Post-Signature Features, Needs Multi-Domain Support

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sirion CLM for its post-signature functionalities. The obligation management feature is very important to me because it helps us live within obligations, and the performance feature allows us to tag our performance versus SLAs. These functionalities make Sirion CLM valuable to me. The initial setup was very good, and overall, Sirion CLM provides more than what I was getting from DocuSign, especially with post-signature functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely, I would love Sirion to improve on, you know, solutions like multi domain and multi logos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sirion CLM for obligation management and post-signature functionalities, which are crucial for enterprises. It helps us manage performance versus SLAs, ensuring we meet our obligations, which DocuSign couldn't do.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Interface can be a little complex form a new user
Learning curve for advanced features are bit challenging
Loading time is slightly more. It can be a bit fluent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces manual review and help in effective Life cycle management. Error chances are very low and minimize the risks. It also helps in bringing all data at one platform by improving visibility for business teams.

I am using this product since starting of this year and its good. We are liking the innovative interface and ease to use this software for creating templates and managing contracts

Sometimes it cause trouble while using but otherwise there is no other issue. I like this tool.

Easy to use system and analytics. The solution enables full lifecycle mgmt, which is challenging to get right.

Continue to look for areas to test and expand user base to expand applicability for enterprise applications

What do you like best about the product?
The team is knowledgeable about both the product and the business processes it supports. Their phased CLM/CLM+/CLM++ approach works for a varying range of organizational maturity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the company grow in size as their size is an inherent limitation on our ability to colaborate.

They have complementary capabilities and enablement of our service offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
• Being able to auto-extract contract clauses in various languages using AI, populating of meta-data directly into Sirion, which can be used for reporting.
• User-friendly Dashboard creation and reporting and customizing the views on the user level.
What do you dislike about the product?
• Not being able to migrate a subfolder contract to another contract on the same supplier. That requires deletion of the folder and recreate the folder under the new contract.
• The contracts cannot be arranged chronologically; all new contracts created are going down in the hierarchy, even if maybe the contracts are older.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Having all the contacts linked to a supplier in the same place, in a structured hierarchy.
Being able to assign a contract to an owner and send reminders concerning the actions that need to take on a contract level.
Using the communication channel within Sirion, reduces the number of emails received and facilitates taking action on the proper Contract ID.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I'm able to compare and track various contracts
2. I'm not only able to compare our templates but vendor paper as well
3. Clause library and guidance notes for clauses are usefull
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor bugs in tool can cause either complete stoppage of the process or the need to re-start the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New user to the tool, but benefits so far seem to be the ease to track different variations of contracts and changes made.
