What do you like best about the product?
I like the cost. I think cloud generally costs less to operate, and doing analysis in the cloud instead of using physical resources makes it less costly. As a multicloud management solution, IBM Cloudability gives us choices and options, and I think it’s competitive in the field. I also like the optimization and automation features supported by AI; IBM’s AI integration makes it a viable option for us. The integration works well and is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that doesn't work well so far, but scalability and the cost associated with it are concerns for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do analysis in the cloud instead of using physical resources, which makes it less costly.

I think the UX can be better, like being able to change the dashboards colors and the interface to be more user friendly

Cloudability is a very nice way of having all cloud billing data in one place, and use it to give the company all the cost visibility we need.

I find IBM Cloudability fast and easy to use and install. I also like that it’s faster.

I sometimes have difficulty connecting when I start the configuration, and the initial setup wasn’t easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM Cloudability’s intuitive GUI and how easy it is to use. It makes cloud spend transparent across the organization and gives me visibility and the possibility of chargeback, especially for AI power users. Setup was easy—a breeze. I see it as a step up to Tokenomics, the new currency of Agentic AI.

Nothing, love it!
