LlamaIndex is the agentic AI platform for automating document workflows. It combines enterprise-grade parsing and extraction with a trusted framework for building intelligent agents that reason over documents, adapt to business logic, and scale to production. LlamaIndex is trusted by both developers and enterprises across the Fortune 50 for automating document-heavy workflows, like invoice and claim processing, financial due diligence, agentic document search (agentic RAG), RFP generation, and more. That platform has 4 million downloads a month of its open source, parsed than 200 million pages, and gains five thousand unique organizations on its cloud platform each week.
Highlights
Document Parsing and Extraction: LlamaParse delivers state-of-the-art accuracy in parsing unstructured data using advanced AI agents, while LlamaExtract enables seamless extraction of structured data from complex inputs at scale. Together, they support a wide range of multi-modal formats - including PDFs, PowerPoints, spreadsheets, web content, scans, and embedded visual data like tables and charts.
Intelligent Chunking and Embedding: LlamaIndex automates data preparation for LLMs by intelligently segmenting your data into chunks and generating high-quality embeddings - so you don't have to.
Agent Framework: LlamaIndex delivers a robust framework for building advanced reasoning agents, giving developers full control through low-level components or rapid iteration via high-level, end-to-end workflows. It abstracts and simplifies critical features - such as memory, tool use, state handling, and human oversight - making it easier to build reliable agentic systems.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers two pricing dimensions. The Usage Fee bills you based on consumption, using a credit-based system where each action like parsing, indexing, or extracting consumes credits. Your cost scales with how much you process. The Enterprise dimension is a custom plan arranged through the vendor's sales team. It adds options such as volume discounts on credits, higher rate limits, and SaaS or private cloud deployment. Choose Usage Fee to pay as you go, or Enterprise for negotiated terms and added deployment flexibility.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billing unit under the Usage Fee?
The platform runs on credits. Each action, such as parsing, indexing, or extracting, consumes credits. Simple parsing can cost as few as 1 credit per page. Layout-aware parsing using AI models costs more credits for higher accuracy. Your credit consumption depends on the modes and options you select.
How does my Usage Fee cost change as I process more documents?
Cost scales directly with the credits you consume. More documents, higher-accuracy modes, or extra options each raise credit usage. Re-parsing a cached result costs zero credits, since results are cached for 48 hours unless you turn caching off. You can adjust settings to balance cost and accuracy.
What deployment options does the Enterprise plan add over the Usage Fee?
The standard SaaS runs on a secure hosted cloud tenant with data encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise adds deployment in private virtual private clouds across multiple cloud providers, so data stays within your own tenant. It also includes single sign-on and a dedicated account manager.
