Vendor refund policy
All fees are non refundable except as expressly provided in the customer's Master Services Agreement or Order Form. If a customer terminates for Blaise's uncured material breach, Blaise will refund prepaid fees on a pro rata basis for the period after termination. Termination for convenience does not entitle the customer to a refund. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 30 days of invoice date.
