Overview
Dashlane Omnix Enterprise: Proactive Credential Security
Human risk remains the primary driver of credential breaches, with 74% of CISOs identifying it as their top cybersecurity risk. As AI accelerates the growth of cyber threats, responding after a breach is no longer enough. To stay protected, organizations must shift from a reactive to a proactive approach to credential security.
Dashlane Omnix is a proactive credential security platform that expands traditional password management to provide credential protection far beyond the vault. It delivers proactive risk intelligence, real-time threat response, and protected employee access- all within one integrated platform.
How Omnix Enterprise Works The Omnix platform secures your organization across two main fronts: Password Management and Credential Protection. These are powered by the Dashlane Smart Extension and safeguarded by the industry-leading Dashlane Secure Cloud.
Core Components:
-Smart Extension: Browser-level activity monitoring. Stops phishing and secures the "last mile" at the point of use.
-Password Management: Secure vault, autofill, and sharing. Closes the access gap left by traditional SSO and IdP solutions.
-Credential Protection: Real-time risk detection and nudges. Closes the visibility gap for credentials not stored in a vault.
-Secure Cloud: Confidential computing architecture. Ensures zero-knowledge privacy and data security.
Platform Features
Smart Extension: Security at the Point of Use
The web browser has become the primary gateway to work applications and a critical security control point. The Dashlane Smart Extension acts as your frontline defense:
-Monitors Browser Activity: Uses advanced machine learning to detect potential security risks and identify phishing attempts.
-Secures the "Last Mile": While email and endpoint tools block known threats, Dashlane stops phishing precisely at the point of impact.
-Ensures Privacy: Logs, encrypts, and processes user interactions while strictly maintaining Dashlane zero-knowledge standards.
-Silent Deployment: Mass deploy across all company-managed browsers to provide comprehensive visibility from day one.
Password Management: Closing the Access Gap
SSO and IdP solutions often miss up to 37% of enterprise applications, leaving shadow IT and unmanaged SaaS invisible. Omnix Password Management securely stores, manages, and provisions access across all devices:
-Secure Every Credential: Provide an encrypted vault for every employee to store logins, passkeys, and secure notes.
-Enable Secure Sharing: Reduce the risk of compromise in unencrypted environments (like chat or email) by allowing employees to share access securely.
-Integrate and Enforce: Connect seamlessly with your IdP via Dashlane Confidential SSO, integrate with SIEM tools like Splunk, and enforce 2FA to meet strict audit and compliance requirements (ISO, SOC 2).
Credential Protection: Closing the Visibility Gap
Traditional password managers only secure what is stored in the vault, leaving the majority of credential behavior unmanaged. Omnix Credential Protection empowers administrators to:
-Gain Beyond-the-Vault Visibility: Proactively identify risky credentials across the entire organization, even for employees who have not saved their passwords in Dashlane.
-Prompt Behavior Change: Automatically deliver real-time, in-browser "Nudges" to employees when they attempt to use weak or compromised passwords.
-Stop AI-Powered Phishing: Deliver alerts before employees enter credentials on risky websites-a critical defense against AI-generated phishing emails, which currently see a 54% click-through rate.
-Access Real-Time Insights: Track security alerts, phishing attempts, and the impact of Nudges directly from the administrative dashboard.
Secure Cloud: Leading the Industry in Security
The Omnix platform is built on a patented architecture designed to keep your most sensitive data untouchable.
-Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Information can only be unlocked by the vault owner. Security extends beyond local encryption to protect data flows at rest, in transit, and in use.
-Confidential Computing on AWS: Powered by AWS Nitro Enclaves, Dashlane utilizes highly isolated execution environments to process sensitive operations. This ensures that absolutely no one-not even Dashlane-can access your corporate data.
