Dimensions summary
This contract bills annually based on the number of user seats. The Dashlane Omnix Enterprise dimension sets your base subscription, with a minimum of 20 seats required. You pay per user for the term. The additional user seats dimension lets you add more seats on top of your base commitment, so pricing scales with your headcount. Orders over 100 seats add Customer Success Support, including onboarding, deployment help, training, and account management, at no extra charge. Both dimensions use the same per-user, per-year billing logic.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One seat equals one employee who uses the platform. Each person gets an encrypted vault for passwords and passkeys, plus browser-based protection. You buy a minimum of 20 seats at the start. Seats are counted per individual user, billed per year.
Both bill per user, per year. The Dashlane Omnix Enterprise dimension sets your base seat count. The additional user seats dimension adds more seats on top. The two charges add together on the same invoice. Your total scales directly with the number of users you cover.
The minimum purchase is 20 seats. Crossing 100 seats does not change your per-seat price. Instead, orders over 100 seats add Customer Success Support at no extra charge. This includes onboarding, deployment help, training, and account management for the term.

Fees. In exchange for the licenses granted herein, Client will pay Dashlane the amounts specified on the applicable Order (the Fees). Unless paid during online checkout, Fees are due thirty (30) days after receipt of the applicable invoice. Except as explicitly stated herein, Fees are not refundable.
