    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Dashlane Omnix Password Management subscriptions are billed annually per user, starting at a minimum of 2 seats. For organisations purchasing over 100 seats, we include complementary Customer Success Support to ensure a smooth rollout. This package features: Comprehensive Onboarding & Deployment Support (60 Days): Includes admin guidance, setup training, deployment planning, recurring admin meetings as needed, and a designated Sales Engineer. User Training Resources: One live user training session, plus full access to our recorded video training library. Ongoing Account Management: Bimonthly account check-ins, planning and milestone tracking, product feature visibility and reviews, as well as renewal planning and assistance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I was an early adopter, around 2014, and have loved the product ever since. I am a business plan customer. I can manage all of my passwords across multiple devices.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The VPN partner is a little uknown and there are better options.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I like being able to manage all my passwords in one place.

    Dashlane has great integration into major browsers and has flexible controls to let you tailor how aggressively it steps in to help.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    They integrated passkeys but support for passphrases is not available yet.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Supporting our password policy with a user friendly interface and password vault reduces the risk of user error and increases productivity.

    Great app that does what it says

    What do you like best about the product?
    As an admin, it is easy to manage my users, billing, etc. As a user, it's the only password manager I'll use. I use it on my PC, phone, tablet. It does a great job and is easy to use, even for my most tech-phobic users.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have very few problems with Dashlane and most of them creep in because of the nature of the web. Different sites have different login flows and on occasion I'll bump into a site where Dashlane doesn't know how or what to fill in. they have made improvements on that recently by adding Dashlane to the context menu

    I also occasionally have problems with Dashlane wanting to help me fill things that I don't need its help filling. Like a contact record in my CRM. I can't turn dashlane off for the site because I want help logging in, but it doesn't know what I need to put into the CRM. That said, it never really gets in the way.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Password safety and security, esp with my less security conscious users. No longer do I have passwords on post-its stuck to monitors. Passwords are reused much less regularly. It's helped us a ton in that area.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Nothing at all. Honestly, I have been blocked out of Dashlane account for months and the Dashlane team soesn;t even care to respond and resolve it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have been blocked our from logging in for months now. The support and customer success teams are never responsive even after multiple followups. Pathetic customer service.

    Nothing at all.
