Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Runless Cloud offers two contract tiers priced by capacity. Both tiers cover connected AWS environments and user seats. The Small tier supports up to 3 connected AWS environments and 5 users. The Growth tier supports up to 10 connected AWS environments and 20 users. You pick the tier that matches how many AWS accounts you link and how many team members need access. Pricing scales as your environment count and user count grow, so you move to the higher tier when you exceed the Small tier limits.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one connected AWS environment for tier limits?
A connected AWS environment is one linked AWS account, verified through a cross-account role. Each linked account counts as one environment against your tier limit. The Small tier allows up to 3 linked accounts, and the Growth tier allows up to 10.
What happens if I exceed my tier's environment or user limits?
Each tier caps both connected AWS environments and user seats. When you reach the Small tier limit of 3 environments or 5 users, you move to the Growth tier for up to 10 environments and 20 users. The move is not automatic; you select the tier that fits your needs.
Do both the environment count and the user count affect which tier I need?
Yes. Each tier sets a limit on both connected AWS environments and users. You need a tier that covers both counts. If you exceed either limit alone, you move to the higher tier. The tier that fits your larger requirement determines your choice.
