Bubbl is a location-based notification platform for hotels, resorts and leisure venues. Overview
Bubbl turns a guest's location into a trigger for the right message, sent to the right person, in the right place. The platform has two parts: An SDK that integrates into an existing guest or staff app on iOS or Android and a dashboard where marketing and operations teams build campaigns, drawing geofences around key places, such restaurants, spas, pools, beaches, golf courses, check-in desks, event spaces or car parks.
Triggers work on entry and exit. When a guest crosses a geofence, Bubbl can deliver a notification on the spot: an arrival greeting at check-in, a menu video poolside, a spa offer near the treatment rooms, or a short survey as they leave a venue. Notifications support image, video, audio, survey and text. Guests given a relevant, well-timed prompt are 3x more likely to complete an in-app purchase, so on-property bookings and orders are a natural fit.
Staff can be the target just as readily as guests. Use cases include a geofence routing the notification directly to a concierge app when a returning loyalty guest reaches the lobby, flagging their name and preferences so the team can greet them in person. The same applies to an accessibility request, a VIP arrival at an event space, or a table freeing up in a busy restaurant.
Integration is a single SDK install, typically under 30 minutes, with campaigns built and managed from Bubbl's dashboard. No further development work required. Move geofences and notification rules across one properties or a whole portfolio as seasons and events change in minutes.
