- Once your Private Offer is accepted, our Project Manager (PM) will coordinate with your team to schedule a Kick-Off Call. During this call, we will outline key next steps, review required design decisions, and address any initial questions.
- Within 2-3 business days, your team will receive a fully configured AWS reference architecture, ready for deployment.
If you need additional support, you can subscribe to one of our exclusive support offerings—available only to customers who have purchased of of our accelerator packages.
