    What do you like best about the product?
    Compared to Tableau, I prefer using Mixpanel because the platform loads much faster. It also makes it easy to pivot quickly between events, firms, and similar views without slowing down.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is a bit complex to learn. I tutorial or something that can be referenced on how to create/ save certain views or how to add multiple firms to a view. Additionally, one issue I had was that I was having trouble finding data until I realized the data was on another source. That was not apparently clear.... maybe that could be better communicated by my data team though.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Similar to the benefits I alluded to earlier, it is much quicker then tableau. So if I need to pull data metrics quickly, I will rather go to mixpanel to pull this information. The UI is rather intuitive, if I knew I could make a PDF report I would

    The analytics dashboard is very intuitive to set up and flexible to use.
    It was easy to integrate our product with the platform., and the performance has been great so far. I also appreciate the fair pricing
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The pricing scales steeply for growing startups, making it expensive as event volume increases. The query interface can also feel complex for non-technical team members who need quick insights without SQL or custom formulas.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mixpanel helps track how users engage with a focus and energy management app; showing which features drive retention and where users drop off. This has been valuable for understanding behavioral patterns among burned-out grad students and young professionals, so product decisions are grounded in real usage data rather than assumptions.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I think the live demos in Mixpanel are incredibly valuable. Being able to see exactly where users click and what they don't click is super helpful. I really like how Mixpanel obfuscates a lot of the information so it's not revealing any sensitive data. I also appreciate having a full holistic end-to-end understanding of what our users are using throughout each system. It's also easy to create new environments in Mixpanel, so we can have different products in different environments, such as a development environment and a production environment. This allows us to test features and ensure observability before releasing them. There are many things that I like about Mixpanel.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The setup was a little cumbersome. It took us quite a while to make sure that we were getting data from all aspects of our platform. I did find it a little confusing on which setup we actually wanted to go with, whether it was our own database or just using the JavaScript implementation only.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Mixpanel to track product metrics and adoption in real time, solving observability and telemetry issues. It prevents us from flying blind by showing what's used, what's not, and how we can improve user experience.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Mixpanel for both broad and micro analysis of user behaviors on our website. I like the ease of use and the ability for team members to create and share their own custom events, properties, and metrics. I also love that with Mixpanel, these custom creations can be flagged as verified, which helps build analytical curiosity and confidence in the data users are reviewing. The autocapture of events is a great feature, allowing us to custom tag site elements that aren't already tagged, and I appreciate the flexibility to apply this custom tagging retroactively, which offers a better sense of change over time. The initial setup was extremely easy and required very little development effort to get launched.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Session replays and Heat Maps. We do not use either of these features as they are underpar with other competitors (notably Fullstory). Features are incomplete in comparison, user experience is poor.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Mixpanel for ease of use and team collaboration. Autocapture and custom tagging of elements, even retroactively, help us avoid unnecessary development, fostering analytical curiosity and confidence.
