    What do you like best about the product?
    One of the best thing i observed and liked is comprehensive documentation which was super helpful for faster onboarding. I am glad for its versatility with support for data analytics from different sources from mobile, web and my server side.Has one of the best query builder with seamless and scalability with handling large data sets.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It stand out as my exponential and essential for my product analytics.

    Favourite product analytics tool so far.
    Effiacy with versatility to support analytics from different sources from mobile,web and server.
    Enormous support of multiple languages makes it to exquisitely stand out as the best.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Their focus is exclusively on analytics, unlike Amplitude, which I find too broad. I appreciate having statistical significance displayed directly in the reports. The idea of alerts is also excellent, although unfortunately, they do not function as intended.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The support experience has been terrible. As a paying customer, we've been waiting for two weeks for a response to resolve a critical bug affecting alerts, but have yet to hear back. It feels like they simply don't care, and in the meantime, we're dealing with false positive alerts on a daily basis.

    Additionally, there's a significant issue with the user merging feature. Its implementation is far inferior compared to what Amplitude offers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The user behaviour analytics feature provides valuable insights into how users interact with the software. It helps identify patterns and trends, making it easier to understand user preferences and improve the overall experience.

    What do you like best about the product?
    MixPanel makes easy to understand user behaviour where you have the ability to see how people are suing your product, what features they are loving, where they have dropped off and what motivates them to come back. It's dashboard is intuitive and easy to use where you can dig into data without any need to be an analytical expert.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It has the some learning curve to understand how events and properties works.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has helped us in knowing that how users is interacting with our product. I can say that earlier it was difficult to track which feature people actually used and where they got stuck. But, we can see now real time data on user behaviour, measure engagement.

    The analytics platform stands out as exceptionally powerful. Additionally, features like screen recordings and A/B tests are also impressive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The ability to query your data using code (JQL) does not provide a very intuitive interface or method for doing so.

    Gaining insight into what drives changes in user behavior is essential.
