What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work easier by just looking at the graph feature of the mixpanel

Nothing since it is easy access, easy to understand

the redemption of the promos we've been working on. It benefits me since I don't need to check every promotion manually and calculate everything. by just using mixpanel, it shows everything no calculation needed

What do you like best about the product?
I find Mixpanel's ease of use incredibly helpful, especially when I need to answer quick questions in seconds. As a product manager, I'm often asked how users interact with our product or how something performs. Mixpanel lets me easily generate reports using a user-friendly interface rather than having to compile data manually in a spreadsheet and visualize it. This self-service product analytics feature saves me a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep for those who have never used a product analytics platform before. There are also often syncing issues when you are trying to make multiple edits quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel to understand user interactions and measure test results. It lets me generate product analytics reports easily via the UI without manually pulling data.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel makes it easy to understand funnel data, especially when drilling down into the users who complete specific actions. It saves our engineering and data teams a lot of time on modeling and QA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is initially a bit confusing to navigate, especially when trying to understand the difference between Insights and the Funnel views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel has saved our data and engineering teams countless hours that we would otherwise spend modeling our events. It also makes it easy for us to understand user behavior through a multitude of different data slices.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to actually see the data and filter down to even the smallest details, so I can browse through events and specific information and get a clearer sense of how my ambassadors and activities are flowing every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right data can be confusing due to the immense number of options available; however, after a short learning curve, it becomes much easier to navigate and get to what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps me understand where to focus, which activities worked (or didn’t), where we lost POC, and what impact certain actions have within our community and among our customers. As a result, it helps me support creators in making better content, and it also helps all of us analyse more concretely what works and what doesn’t.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Mixpanel really helpful for understanding the end-to-end view of how our users interact and shop with our platform. It provides insights in an easy and democratized way for diagnosing problems with data. Mixpanel completes the picture where our BI tools fall short, notably helping us understand our users much better, including their path to churn. I appreciate Mixpanel's continuous upgrades to their product suite and their commitment to gathering real user research to ensure their B2B product meets industry standards. I love how Mixpanel includes experimentation on the platform, which allows us to better analyze different cohorts of experiment users without needing to cross-reference multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the load time sometimes is really long, which I understand because there's lots of data on it. The data governance can also be a little bit messy, tedious, and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel for product analytics and user behavior research. It helps us understand user interactions, diagnose problems with data, and complete the picture where our BI tools fall short. We also appreciate the built-in experimentation to analyze user cohorts without cross-referencing multiple platforms.
