Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Creating the boards is great for keeping an overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis of "Flows" is still a mystery to me. For me, it is almost impossible to break down the flows cleanly, as the option "Expand by Property" is only sometimes (?) displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand user behavior and analyze UIs.

Beautiful and customizable UI that allows you to create an impressive analytics dashboard. API is super easy to integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cohort definitions and data breakdowns could be easier to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel allows us to track and visualize all user data and produce usage. By using Mixpanel, we are able to identify usage trends and also make sure our product is working as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customisability and programmability of the features in my mixpanel reports to be able to achieve what I want. Implementing it in the code has been quite simple and beginner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major really. When we want something complex to be done in mixpanel, we often need to search multiple places. We eventually found some videos from mixpanel docs itself explaining the things we wanted.. but I'd have liked a bit more detailed, accessible and bit more friendly docs? Although I must say I haven't gone through the docs enough since most things are easily understandable to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use mixpanel to gather product analytics essentially. We use the data to understand usage frequencies, time spent, conversion etc metrics and they help us make more informed decisions.
