    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup  is that it is very easy to configure, manage, and restore items when needed. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup  is also very proactive at managing our account and has assisted us in validating the configuration for any new function that needed to be implemented.

    We utilize Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to provide a more complete backup environment for our Office 365 . It is one of the few solutions that backs up all our aspects, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint , Teams, and our Entra ID. We are able to monitor the successful backups and then utilize the recovery feature when our users need to recover a file, folder, or an email easily.

    What is most valuable?

    The features include easy setup, easy to use, and unlimited storage.

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has positively impacted my organization by helping us with lost productivity when someone deletes a cloud-stored item and we can retrieve it easily. With wrong creation of Teams and no owners assigned, we get notified. It helps me worry less that in the worst-case scenario, mailboxes and Teams are easily restorable to continue with online learning at a very low risk. It also proves useful, for instance, where a user accidentally loses or deletes an important email or a file in the mailbox. The team can easily restore what has been lost.

    What needs improvement?

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup can be improved by addressing that when performing a restore, the search filter and the mailbox filter can be confusing, depending on what you want to achieve. Restores are search-based, and sometimes this is challenging as users, for example, do not remember what a file name or lost file is or when it was lost.

    I think there are improvements to be made, more related to the limitation of Microsoft 365, but the suite of applications that are available to back up is limited.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for the past four years and a few months.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is stable, as I have not encountered any lagging or downtime.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is very scalable, as it handles any size of data and performs restores and storage very effectively.

    How are customer service and support?

    The customer support for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is very great and responsive.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    I previously used Veeam Data Platform .

    How was the initial setup?

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that the price is more cost-effective compared to an M365 backup solution. The setup was straightforward and easy.

    What was our ROI?

    I have seen a return on investment as we have been able to save approximately 65% of our cost compared to the previous tool when we were using M365 for all users as our backup solution. It is now safer to move data from M365 as we are sure that the data is well backed up. This has freed up resources needed for an on-premises data center. We have also been able to restore files in many incidents that would have required end-users a lot of work to restore lost data. This has saved time and cost. It has also improved our data since we have not had any data loss since we started using this tool.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    I chose 8 out of 10 because it cost-effectively backs up the entire M365 environment and retains backups indefinitely. Restores can be very granular, for example, to restore single email messages. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a cost-effective alternative to Microsoft 365. It is now safer to move data to Microsoft 365 as we are sure that the data is backed up. This frees up resources needed for an on-premises data center.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    Before choosing Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, I evaluated other options such as Microsoft Defender XDR . The reason why I switched from Veeam Data Platform  is because Barracuda is more cost-effective and secure. We wanted to protect all our users cost-effectively. Veeam might have more features, but the cost of licensing weighs in favor of Barracuda.

    What other advice do I have?

    A quick, specific example of a time I used Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to restore something is when we have been able to retain the backups for as long as we need them. It allows us to easily locate files, folders, emails, accounts, or email messages to restore them. For a scenario where we needed to restore some data from a previous employee who was recently working at our organization but whose contract was terminated and who had deleted all the files, we wanted to recover all the files and data. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup solution helped us to recover everything, and the data was successfully recovered.

    The advice I would give to others looking into using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is that for its price, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is very cost-effective compared to other alternatives. For any organization looking to bolster their data protection, recover any lost data, and overall have unlimited data storage, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the best tool to use.

    Overall, I am a very satisfied user of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. This product has helped us to restore data lost either by mistake or possibly due to nefarious activity. It has been a game-changer tool in my organization. I gave this product an overall rating of 8 out of 10.

    What is our primary use case?

    On our journey to bolster our cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans, we decided to purchase and implement Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup , as I always had it in the back of my mind that should the worst happen, our Office 365  data isn't being backed up and would be lost.

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup  comes in with its extremely simple setup that allows us to connect to our Microsoft 365 tenancy, doing the heavy lifting for us.

    It instantly begins to create a backup schedule and then backs up all our mailboxes, our OneDrive accounts, SharePoint  sites, and our Microsoft Teams .

    We are able to check restore from backup, export out of a backup, and create scheduled reports for specified users.

    Overall, it does everything for us when we need to have peace of mind that our data is being securely backed up.

    With cyber attacks constantly on the rise, and being a high-risk target, I find that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is perfectly suited for providing peace of mind that our organization's Microsoft 365 data is being securely backed up and easily recoverable.

    Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup also integrates well with our Barracuda backups, email protection, and impersonation protection products, with a simple portal to interface with all products.

    How was the initial setup?

    I would recommend Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup because it's very easy to configure, easy to manage, and easy to utilize when needing to recover data faster.

    We have seen some improvements since we started using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

    The solution has allowed us to retain data for employees that are no longer with the company without requiring us to maintain any Office 365  licensing, making it very cost-effective.

    It helps me worry a little less that in the worst-case scenario, mailboxes and Teams are easily restorable to continue, at very least.
