Vantage is a supply chain intelligence platform built for mid-market manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers. It covers the full planning cycle in a single subscription: demand forecasting using a 10-model ensemble including statistical and deep learning models, inventory classification using ABC-XYZ and demand-pattern detection, and supply planning using stochastic safety stock, EOQ optimisation, and an AI supply agent that learns from each customer's own transactional history. The platform connects to existing ERP systems including SAP IBP and delivers outputs to SAP, Power BI, Qlik, Quicksight or Tableau so a rip-and-replace is not required.
Vantage runs entirely on AWS using an event-driven architecture across ECS, Step Functions, S3, and DynamoDB. Each customer environment is fully isolated with per-tenant data partitioning, WAF-protected API endpoints, and KMS encryption at rest. Three subscription tiers, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, are sized for companies from EUR 10M to 1B in revenue, with onboarding measured in weeks rather than months.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
New customers may request a full refund of their first month's subscription within 30 days of activation. After the evaluation period, no refunds are issued for subscription fees. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Onboarding support is non-refundable once commenced. Service credits (not cash refunds) are issued for SLA failures per your tier's availability guarantee. For refund requests, please contact support@enhancebmt.com .

Onboarding support is included for all tiers, covering data integration setup, schema mapping, and initial pipeline validation. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated onboarding-hypercare engagement of up to 120 days. Documentation and a knowledge base are available via the support portal. Support is provided in English and Dutch.
