You can invite any number of members from your team to the same Vantage account to collaborate on cloud costs. Vantage is deeply integrated with AWS tags by default, captures 100% of AWS costs and also gives cost forecasts. Vantage is built by a team of former AWS employees. Upon registration to Vantage, you'll be prompted to create a Cross Account IAM Role with ReadOnly permissions to a variety of AWS Services as well as Cost Explorer to allow Vantage to sync with your AWS account.     Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is convenient to be able to centralize and check the costs in a multi-cloud environment. Additionally, I found it better that the UI is easier to view and cost reports are easier to create compared to the native cost management tools of each cloud service.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The display between dollars and yen is not switching properly, and even though the logo is ¥, the cost is shown in dollars.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    ・Budget Formulation, Budget vs. Actual Management, and Improvement of Future Cost Forecast Accuracy
    It is beneficial to automatically predict future cloud costs based on past trends, allowing you to understand early on "how much it is likely to be by the end of the month at this pace." It becomes easier to compare budget, forecast, and actual results side by side, which aids decision-making for management and financial departments.

    ・Cultivation of FinOps Culture (Cost Awareness and Ownership)
    Since dashboards can be divided by team/service/project/tenant, on-site engineers and product owners can directly check "their own costs." Even if there are constraints that prevent granting permissions to native cost management tools of the service, with Vantage, it becomes possible to operate in a way that shows costs to everyone.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Relatively simple setup. Dashboards and user screens make for easy interaction from non-experts.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Cost is a negative but also unavoidable factor if an organization needs a cloud tracking solution in the first place. The interface, while simple, is overly simple compared to some competitor offerings, but really nitpicking here.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Enhanced visibility and context, allowing for cloud engineering folks to more easily document and detail nature of spend for counterparts or other stakeholders benefit.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Vantage is an extremely powerful tool for gaining precise insights into cost utilization. It empowers the operations team with strong FinOps capabilities, enabling better cost visibility, accountability, and data-driven optimization decisions across cloud resources.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There isn’t much to dislike about it overall, but I couldn’t find a dark mode.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Vantage is helping us identify cost utilization at a granular level. We can see the costs used per team or per tribe, which helps the Ops team and engineering leaders understand who is using what. It also helps each team take accountability for their costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Vantage makes cloud costs finally feel understandable and actionable. The clarity of the dashboards, smart breakdowns, virtual tagging and real-time insights turn what used to be guesswork into confident decision-making. It saves time, reduces noise, and gives immediate visibility into where money is actually going.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, I just wish we had started using it earlier—cloud cost visibility feels incomplete without it now.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Vantage solves the problem of cloud cost opacity. Instead of digging through complex billing reports, we get clear, trustworthy insights into spend by service, team, and environment. This helps us optimize costs proactively, avoid surprises, and align engineering decisions with financial accountability.
