You can invite any number of members from your team to the same Vantage account to collaborate on cloud costs. Vantage is deeply integrated with AWS tags by default, captures 100% of AWS costs and also gives cost forecasts. Vantage is built by a team of former AWS employees. Upon registration to Vantage, you'll be prompted to create a Cross Account IAM Role with ReadOnly permissions to a variety of AWS Services as well as Cost Explorer to allow Vantage to sync with your AWS account. Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and how quickly we were able to implement it. The interface is clean, and the features are robust, making it simple to monitor costs. Their customer support is excellent and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations with niche services could be deeper. At times, the large amount of data can feel overwhelming, though filters help manage it and Vantage user interface is on point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vantage gives us real-time visibility into cloud costs, which helps with more predictable budgeting, smarter scaling decisions and tips to reduce costs. The ease of integration saves time and makes collaboration between teams more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Vantage makes it incredibly easy to get a holistic view of cloud spend across multiple provider and services. The automated reports is intuitive, and their ability to break down costs by team, project, or resource helps us align engineering and finance without endless spreadsheets. I especially like how quickly it surfaces optimisation opportunities—things like over-provisioned resources or inefficiencies - that directly reduce costs. The integration process was smooth, and the dashboards are straightforward enough that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can make use of them and we have one of the stakeholder using it weekly
What do you dislike about the product?
The core features work really well, but I’d like to see deeper integrations with some niche SaaS vendors beyond AWS, GCP, and Azure. Occasionally, the granularity of certain cost reports lags behind what cloud-native consoles show, which means for edge cases we still need to drill into the providers directly. That said, the Vantage team has been responsive when requested features are brought up, so the platform feels like it’s improving quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advantage has solved our biggest challenge: getting a single panel to view costs across AWS, GCP in a way that both technical and finance teams can understand without constant back-and-forth. This has improved transparency and trust between engineering and finance, while letting us identify optimization opportunities much faster. Because the integration process was seamless, we didn’t lose weeks on setup, and the ease of use means the platform gets adopted across teams rather than sitting idle. The result is better forecasting, fewer surprise bills, and more efficient cloud usage, directly saving both time and money for our agency.

Vantage is helping us simplify the complexity of cloud billing by providing clear visibility into where our money is being spent. What do you like best about the product?
Vantage makes it much easier to see where our cloud costs are going. I use it to track AWS and OpenAI spend, and the dashboards give me a clear breakdown that I can share with my team. The virtual tags help a lot for splitting costs between marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup takes a little work and a few of the reports could be easier to navigate, but overall it has saved us time and helped avoid surprise bills. It’s been a solid tool for keeping our budget under control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vantage helps me keep track of cloud and API costs in real time. Instead of waiting for the end-of-month bill, I can see daily spend and break it down by campaign or project. This makes it easier to budget, explain costs to clients, and avoid surprises.
