Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

RudderStack allows business to easily integrate and manage customer data across multiple platforms,It empowers organizations to make data-driven decisions effectively.Rudderstack is designed to be highly adaptable.It enables real-time data processing allowing business to respond quickly to customer interactions and behaviour,RudderStack is built to scale with organizations accommodating increased data volume and complexity without sacrificing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users may face a steep learning curve when first using the platform,For larger organizations or those needing extensive feautres the pricing model can become a concern,users have reported challenges with performance while handling very high volumes of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RudderStack centralizes data collection,allowing business to unify customer interactions from various sources from single view.It offers greater flexiablity and control,allowing organizations to avoid dependency on a single vendor and adapt their data strategies as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Its data warehouse first focus is a game changer. The low-friction data ingress and egress warehouse within a single tool reduces our maintenance overhead and provides more actionable data. Furthermore, the fantastic support from RudderStack's team has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth and productive integration process at various phases of our technology journey. Their responsiveness and expertise have consistently exceeded our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions management in RudderStack leaves a bit to be desired. RBAC is nearly non-existant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low friction data warehouse ingress and egress for better decision making and customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. We spend less time moving data between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to setup and integrates directly into our data warehouse, while maintaining full ownership of our data.
Support is excellent, each client has their own dedicated team who are quick to respond to any queries, often within 24 hours, despite our timezone differences. The team is extremely professional and patient when it comes to trobuleshooting issues and will not hestiate to jump on a call where necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation of features can be improved, lack of automated alerts if any pieplines are down or encountering an error.
Troubleshooting for Profiles can also be challenging due to basic error handling - the same error code can be thrown for different issues though it's understandable as it is a relatively new service.

Integrating and unifying diverse data sources to create a comprehensive view of each customer. We are better equipped to personalize the web experiences for each of our customers and create relevant, high value segments for our various teams to tap into and develop initiatives for.

1. Pretty much retl destinations
2.Team is professional and I like that we have a slack team to communicate, it would be much more effcient than email

1. I think some of the guides on the official websites are not comprehensive enough, and there are some important details that are not written out
2. Some technical background is required for the operator, takes time to learn for tradition marketing operator

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. id stitchind would be a key and most important feature for us, as we are using mutiple platforms, we really need to stitch the ids together and have a 360 view of customer. Also as 3rd party cookies being disabled, we need a more relaible id.
2. retl: make sure our platforms are sharing the same data source. We are also planning on passing ML results using the retl function of rudderstack to further enpower our personalization
