Overview
Flow is a visual application that allows business users to create customer segments. It avoids back and forth with IT department and allows the business departments (marketing, campaign, customer, ...) to analyse a customer table, create segments, and review those segments. The segments can be exported or pushed to applications.
Segmentation creation can also be assisted with machine learning algorithms, for instance to optimize segmentation with a specific target.
