You choose from three contract plans that differ by how many analyses you can run each month. Provenance 250 includes platform access plus 250 analyses per month. Provenance 1000 includes platform access plus 1,000 analyses per month. Provenance 3000 includes platform access plus 3,000 analyses per month. All three plans give the same platform access; the only difference is your monthly analysis volume. You pick the plan that matches your expected usage. Each analysis produces a Receipt with the steps, parameters, and lineage behind the result.

Vendor refund policy
Provenance offers a full refund within the first 14 days of any new contract. After 14 days, unused portions of annual contracts are eligible for a prorated refund. Monthly contracts are non-refundable after the billing period begins. Contact support@provenance.squidbot.io to request.
