This contract and, therefore, the software license contained therein, as well as the other rights and obligations arising from it, shall have a duration of one year from the date of its signing. The contract will be automatically and tacitly extended for equivalent periods unless either party expresses otherwise by written notice, sent at least 30 days before its expiration.
