What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very fast, usually responding the same day. The web editor is helpful because it lets my non-technical colleagues contribute to the documentation without friction. I also really like the metrics—especially the AI assistant logs—since they help me spot gaps in our documentation. The team is also responsive when it comes to adding new features to the platform. Overall, the Mintlify platform has enabled our public docs to be more AI agent friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
GitLab integration took a while to get up and running. After the first year, there was a drastic price hike, although they were willing to negotiate. There has also been some unanticipated downtime on the docs site from time to time, but we were reimbursed for lost time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mintlify is very active in the AI space, focusing on how AI ingests documentation and how to best serve that documentation to AI users, such as agents. This has helped our customers integrate with our APIs more quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Mintlify is how it combines developer workflows with AI and clean design. Documentation lives in a Git repository ,every change automatically builds and deploys the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is pricing, especially for smaller teams or early-stage projects. it’s often seen as more suited for funded startups than bootstrapped teams..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mintlify solves the problem of building and maintaining developer documentation efficiently. This helps reduce documentation overhead, improves developer experience and makes it easier for users to find and understand information quickly.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which i like about Mintlify Doc Writer is that it has a very clean and easy to use user interface , any new person can easily access the site and the features in it are very helpful such as the document creation and editing . It also enhances the teamwork and efficiency to make the work faster,customization can be done accodrding to the usage or need of the app, it also has seamless collabration features for multiple users to interact at same time .

Nothing as of now , all the features are quite good and not dissapointing

As a student i use Mintifly Doc for Document generation , the process of creating document is very simple and seamless because of the UI in it , it also provides range of formatting options to edit the documents, due to this it saves my time and energy . It also provides Efficient collabration features to enable multiple users work at same time on a particular document , this fostersthe teamwork and accelerates the document creation process . It has very good Organization tools ,such as folder , tags which makes it easy for me to locate the file and floders which I have created by increasing the productvity and saving time.
