The Professional Data Visualization Plan bills by request and caps usage at 500 messages per month, so it fits per-user or metered analytics work. The On Premise, AWS EC2 Deployment option removes user and usage limits, letting you run the software on your own AWS EC2 infrastructure and scale freely. Pricing here reflects self-hosted control over compute, performance, and data residency rather than a message cap. Pick the request-based plan for capped usage, or the EC2 deployment for unlimited scaling within your environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A message is one natural-language request you send to the platform. You type a question or describe a visualization in plain words, and the AI generates the SQL, chart, or insight. Each such request counts toward your 500-message monthly limit under the Professional Data Visualization Plan.
The Professional Data Visualization Plan holds a fixed 500-message monthly cap, so it does not scale beyond that. To run without user or usage limits, you switch to the On Premise, AWS EC2 Deployment option. That deployment removes the message cap entirely and lets you scale on your own infrastructure.
All processing stays inside your own AWS EC2 environment. Your data never leaves your infrastructure and is not sent to external AI services. You keep control over compute, performance, and data residency, and connect directly to your internal data sources and existing access control systems.
