Does almost everything
Modern billing system
Because AMDOCS looks more modern it is also easier to use. I have used CSG for over a year and was always confused with its interactions. AMDOCS came more naturally to me and I enjoy using it more than CSG, even though I needed to adapt to a new billing system.
