    What do you like best about the product?
    Amdocs customer experience suite / amdocs on general just about does it all! You can easily branch out with their product offering to meet the needs of your evolving business
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Because of the breadth of offerings, it can sometimes be confusing to understand all the capabilities and maximize them on a small team. Additionally cost too support all of this is high
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Ability to share content to our customers that would otherwise be challenging to access and publish
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    Consider all your use cases upfront in order to do cost/benefit on pricing

    What do you like best about the product?
    The look of AMDOCS is much more modern. I have used CSG in the past and AMDOCS definitely looks better.

    Because AMDOCS looks more modern it is also easier to use. I have used CSG for over a year and was always confused with its interactions. AMDOCS came more naturally to me and I enjoy using it more than CSG, even though I needed to adapt to a new billing system.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    At times it requires you to input more than 1 piece of information even though the piece of information is unique. This might be only my company's version though.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I am looking up different accounts. The benefits are that AMDOCS is easier on the eyes and easy to use once you get used to it.
