    Vendor refund policy

    CloudEagle has money-back guarantee for companies who sign the 1-year agreement. If the Company pays the full "Yearly base fee", then at the end of the Initial Term End Date, if CloudEagle has not achieved the Guaranteed Savings, CloudEagle will refund Customer the difference between "Actual Performance" and "Guaranteed Savings", due and payable within 30 days of the end of the Initial Term.

    What do you like best about the product?
    This helped us identify a lot of waste in our software spending. We found duplicate tools, unused subscriptions, and licenses we could downgrade.

    The initial setup was very confusing, but I was able to resolve it with the help of support.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The single-dashboard feature shows every SaaS app we have, along with its usage and costs by department—exactly the things we previously struggled to track.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The initial setup was challenging because it required coordination across different departments, such as IT, finance, and HR systems.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solved our biggest headache: tracking our SaaS apps. Now we can easily track every app from a single dashboard, which makes it much simpler to stay on top of everything.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We now have clear visibility into which SaaS tools are actually in use. Renewal tracking has reduced last-minute surprises. The interface is also excellent and easy to use.

    The initial data cleanup took some effort, and part of the integration required manual mapping.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Before CloudEagle, we missed renewals the last time, and some subscriptions were auto-renewed at higher prices. CloudEagle uses AI to pull renewal data and contract details automatically, which keeps everything centralized and alerts us early.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing to report—everything worked as expected, and all features functioned properly.

    I use it to track all of our SaaS renewals and to get reminders before the contracts expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We were paying for licenses that we weren’t using at all. Cloud Eagle was very helpful and showed us exactly who was using them. We saved so much money because of this.

    The dashboard needs an option to display historical data.

    Before, we had no visibility into how many machines were using the licenses. Now we can track that clearly and manage it properly.
