CloudEagle.ai is an AI-powered platform for SaaS Management, AI Governance, and Identity Governance that gives enterprises a single control center to secure and govern their entire SaaS and AI ecosystem.

Trusted by companies like RingCentral, Automation Anywhere, Shiji, and Asana. CloudEagle.ai helps organizations save 10 to 30% on software spend while securely managing hundreds of SaaS, AI applications, and non-human identities, without changing existing tools or workflows.

With 500+ direct integrations, CloudEagle.ai helps organizations eliminate shadow SaaS and AI, enforce AI usage policies, right-size access through intelligent identity governance, and reduce operational and security risk across the entire tech stack.

    SaaS management

Most companies are paying for software nobody is using. CloudEagle.ai shows you every app across your organization, including ones IT didn't approve, tracks who is using what, and automatically reclaims unused licenses. Teams save 10 to 30% on software spend, stop renewing tools they don't need, and finally have one accurate view of their entire tech stack instead of scattered spreadsheets.

    Identity governance

When someone joins, moves teams, or leaves your company, their app access should update automatically, but for most organizations it doesn't. CloudEagle.ai automates the entire process: the right apps on day one, access updated when roles change, and everything removed the moment someone leaves. No manual IT tickets, no forgotten accounts sitting open after an employee exits.

    SaaS security and compliance

Employees signing up for apps outside IT's knowledge is one of the biggest security blind spots in any organization. CloudEagle.ai surfaces every app in use, approved or not, flags accounts with more access than they need, and automates access reviews so your team isn't scrambling before an audit. What used to take months to review now takes days.

    AI governance

Employees are already using ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and dozens of other AI tools, often without IT or security knowing about it. CloudEagle.ai gives you a complete picture of every AI tool in use across your organization, who has access, what's being spent, and whether sensitive data is being shared with tools that haven't been approved. You can block risky tools, redirect users to approved ones, and demonstrate clear AI oversight to auditors and leadership.

    SaaS procurement

Most renewals happen under time pressure, without enough data to negotiate well. CloudEagle.ai tracks every renewal date, sends early alerts, and arms your team with real usage data and market benchmarking before you go into any vendor conversation. Approval workflows run automatically through Slack or your existing tools, so your team is negotiating from a position of strength instead of rushing to sign before a deadline.

Recognized by analyst firms such as Gartner, GigaOm, and KuppingerCole for its AI/ML-driven innovation in SaaS and AI governance.

CloudEagle’s Security Scoring Transforms Vendor and Renewal Conversations

    Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The security scoring on individual apps has changed how we approach vendor conversations. We’d always had a general sense that some tools in our stack carried higher risk, but we didn’t have anything concrete to point to. CloudEagle pulls in security posture data and surfaces details like whether an app has SOC 2, whether data is encrypted at rest, and what permissions users are granting. With that added context, renewals become a completely different kind of conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the vendor questionnaire data were updated a bit more frequently. Some vendor security profiles feel like they’re still pulling from older assessments rather than reflecting the most recent information. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in a healthcare-adjacent space, so a vendor’s security posture isn’t optional for us. Before CloudEagle, we handled this through a mix of manual spreadsheets and periodic security reviews, which left gaps between check-ins. Now we have a continuous baseline, and if a vendor’s posture changes, we hear about it right away.

Eye-Opening Shadow AI Visibility Through SSO and Browser Activity

    Reviewed on Jun 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Shadow AI detection was the main reason we started evaluating this. Before CloudEagle, we had very little visibility into which AI tools people were actually using, but it surfaced them through our SSO and browser activity. Some of what we uncovered was genuinely surprising: tools with data-sharing policies we never would have approved were already embedded in day-to-day workflows across three departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial categorization between AI and productivity tools needed some cleanup on our end. Not everything was auto-tagged the way we expected, so it took a couple of weeks to tune the labels and get them working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a live map of every AI app in use across the org. It shows who’s using each tool, how often they’re using it, and whether it’s gone through any approval process. For compliance purposes alone, this was worth the investment. Before, we had to piece all of this together manually from IT tickets and expense reports.

CloudEagle Streamlines Access Provisioning with Clean Self-Service Workflows

    Reviewed on Mar 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle brings provisioning, deprovisioning, and joiner-mover workflows, along with self-service app access, into one clean system. Everyone gets the right access, and nobody keeps access they shouldn’t.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major—works as expected, and I haven’t run into any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is very easy to use for a beginner, and it’s also affordable.

Automated Access Provisioning Makes Onboarding Effortless

    Reviewed on Mar 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The automated access provisioning feature is incredibly helpful, especially during employee onboarding, and it has been extremely useful overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is a bit lacking in detail, especially when it comes to advanced configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been very helpful for us in maintaining access for the right employees quickly, while also removing access immediately during offboarding.

Helped Us Cut Software Waste and Optimize Licenses

    Reviewed on Mar 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
This helped us identify a lot of waste in our software spending. We found duplicate tools, unused subscriptions, and licenses we could downgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was very confusing, but I was able to resolve it with the help of support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SaaS costs were growing every quarter, and we had no visibility into where the money was going.
