I appreciate cloudeagle's help in managing our saas ecosystem, automating the onboarding and offboarding processes, and offering security and compliance services like access control and compliance to stop security breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
i thought the mobile app should be a little faster, especially when i need to change some settings while i'm out and about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cloudeagle has cut down on the work i need to do and has made our it processes better and safer.

What do you like best about the product?
Its utilization tracking is really helpful as it focusses on tool-specific stats such as credits for ZoomInfo, envelopes for DocuSign, and recordings for Zoom instead of just license management.

It's initial setup is time taking and difficult as you'll need to integrate all your apps with this tool.

It helps in maintaining SaaS utilization and license management by providing detailed, tool specific usage stats. It can also automate license assignment and revocation based on access matrix rules.

It has simplified our purchase procedure which in return reduces the amount of wastage as we are able to get better deals in terms of negotiating with sellers.

What do you like best about the product?
We use a lot of SaaS apps, and keeping track of renewals was super hard, but with SaaS Management software its much easier. The tool uses AI to get key details like contract dates, which makes everything simpler. I really like getting alerts on Slack for renewals. It keeps us all updated and helps us talk about it right away, so we don’t have to look through lots of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
While everything works smoothly, the platform does require some initial learning to grasp all its features fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the tool, we can easily manage our app renewals. Integrations with Jira and ServiceNow let us track projects without switching platforms. This helps us get approvals on time, reduces service interruptions, and makes us work more efficiently.

Ai information extraction for contracts does not require me to manually input renewal dates, taking a huge load of my back. I appreciate itwhen slack allows us to set reminders for anything we want.

What do you like best about the product?
We deal with different SaaS vendors and had a lot of SaaS licenses. We used spreadsheets to manage them. Without a proper license management tool, we often got confused during renewals and missed deadlines. Support team was quite helpful though. Its automated tracking system keeps an eye on all our licenses.
