What do you like best about the product?
The Assisted Buying service truly transformed our Salesforce renewal process. The CloudEagle team supplied us with benchmark data, revealing that we were overpaying by 15% compared to industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing is only available in USD, which makes it quite costly for an Indian company to pay a $2,500 monthly subscription without any localized pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on it for negotiating high-value contracts and handling renewals.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the dashboard because it is simple and easy to use. Being able to see all our SaaS spending in one place is very helpful. The renewal calendar has saved us a lot of expenses, and I appreciate that we can cancel whenever we want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used Tally for our accounting needs, but unfortunately, CloudEagle does not integrate with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We relied on it to monitor our software renewal dates and make better use of our licenses.

What do you like best about the product?
We were losing money on unused licenses for tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce. CloudEagle's discovery engine uncovered 'shadow IT' applications that we weren't even aware of.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, but now everything has been resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding and offboarding have become fully automatic. When HR adds a new employee or marks someone as a leaver, all access is granted or revoked automatically, so I no longer have to intervene.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of anything else to say—it simply works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing reviews used to be a difficult, five-day process, but now it has become a simple, automated task.

What do you like best about the product?
Before we started using CloudEagle, employees would purchase apps independently, which meant we had no control over spending. Now, all requests are submitted through Slack, and the approval process includes the legal, finance, and IT teams. Everything is tracked in a single dashboard, making it much easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues in the past 15 months; everything has been working well. If I experience any problems in the future, I will update my review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, IT purchases often caused major problems and resulted in unchecked spending. Now, with Cloud Eagle, every software request is routed through an approval process, which has brought much better control.

What do you like best about the product?
During our trial, we were really impressed with how quickly CloudEagle automates access reviews. What used to take hours is now completed in minutes, and compliance reports are generated instantly. The platform is easy to implement, seamlessly integrates with our existing systems, and is very user-friendly. I find myself using it multiple times a day. Their customer support has also been excellent!
