Ask for the Moon is an AI platform that helps industrial organizations improve operational performance by making expertise instantly actionable.
Used by leading companies such as EDF, Orano, Airbus and Eiffage, the platform enables employees to resolve technical, compliance and operational questions in seconds instead of hours, reducing support workload, errors and preserving critical know-how.
Unlike generic AI assistants, Ask for the Moon combines trusted company documentation with validated expert knowledge. When information is missing or uncertain, the platform identifies the most relevant experts instead of generating unreliable answers. Expert-reviewed exchanges are then captured and transformed into reusable organizational knowledge.
Key capabilities include:
Expert-built AI assistants delivering reliable answers in less than 10 seconds
Human validation workflows to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness
Identification and protection of sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge capture from day-to-day expert interactions
Multilingual search, reformulation and answer generation
White-label deployment with flexible hosting and security options
Production-ready deployment in a matter of weeks
By turning scattered expertise into a scalable operational asset, Ask for the Moon helps industrial companies reduce repetitive work, improve decision-making and generate measurable business impact across technical support, operations, engineering and compliance teams.
Built in France, the platform is designed for organizations operating in highly regulated and critical environments where reliability, security and knowledge retention are essential.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers a single pricing dimension: a one-month trial. You buy one unit, which covers a one-month trial of the AI knowledge assistant. There are no additional tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons on the Marketplace. The pricing does not scale by users or usage here. This lets you evaluate the platform before deciding on a longer arrangement. During the trial, you can test how the assistant answers questions from selected sources and connects employees to experts.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the one-month trial unit include for evaluation?
The trial covers one month of access to the AI knowledge assistant. During this period, you can create an assistant based on sources your experts select, test how it answers employee questions, and see how it redirects people to colleagues when it does not know an answer.
What happens to cost when the one-month trial period ends?
The trial is a single one-month unit. It does not renew or scale automatically on the Marketplace. To continue after the trial, you arrange a longer commitment. The vendor's standard offers carry a minimum 12-month commitment with payment on order. Contact the vendor to set up ongoing use.
Does the trial support the platform's integrations and deployment options?
The trial gives you access to a configured platform. A dedicated Operations Engineer supports deployment and training. Custom integrations with internal tools and deployment on-premises or private cloud are handled on request. These options are arranged directly with the vendor rather than through the Marketplace trial unit.
