Therefore, in order to use IBM Content Assistant, you must have or must purchase a FileNet Content Manager license that is compliant with the pre-requisites described in the documentation for IBM Content Assistant. IBM Content Assistant cannot be used as a standalone product.
After IBM Content Assistant is purchased, you must (1) download the installation package, (2) follow installation steps to install it in your FileNet Content Manager deployment, (3) activate your instance and start using IBM Content Assistant
