Centralized credential management has strengthened security and simplifies secure client sharing

    Reviewed on Feb 18, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  is credential management for internal purposes and for client-related credential management and secrets keeping.

One of the main examples of how I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  for credential management is for global admin access into tenants. Rather than having credentials saved elsewhere, we utilize Keeper Enterprise Password Manager's strong password creation skills and TOTP access, which can then be shared with other engineers. This helps lower costs on licensing due to not having multiple different accounts and it backs it up with a very strong, secure password or passphrase creation. We also utilize it for sharing credentials with clients and gathering credentials as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager allows us to share fillable forms with clients to gather information from them securely.

We utilize the platform as intended, being a password manager. It is very useful and quite secure. I appreciate being able to give staff free, personal accounts that can be used as long as they are licensed users. I highly recommend the BreachWatch element for any potential clients.

    What is most valuable?

The best features that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include the fantastic BreachWatch system, which lets you know what has appeared on the dark web through various searches. It helps with credential management and fixing weak passwords. The one-time share feature is great, and we use that heavily for onboards, offboards, and sharing important credentials that we do not embed into tickets or via email. The reporting features are very useful. We tested the privileged access management SKU, which was very useful but did not come to fruition in our company due to a lack of need. The general MSP console and management of clients is very simple and useful compared to other password managers I have utilized.

When we first added BreachWatch, we could see how many of the client records provided to us were either insecure or not strong. This allowed us to go in and update those to more secure credentials, which is essentially the whole point. It is also good when we onboard clients, as we know what is insecure when they provide any secure logins. The reporting features are quite simple and easy to use, and log-wise they are great. We have it inputted into our SIEM , which helps.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted our organization by increasing our overall security. It has made our general workflow quicker and easier for credential management and TOTP sharing. Overall, it does exactly what it is meant to do and is beneficial to our organization, especially as an MSP.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has improved our workflow through all credential management and the ability to pass over and retrieve logins from clients becoming much faster and easier.

    What needs improvement?

I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO  management, which is a little iffy at times. You require Keeper Automator to allow automated approvals. If your entire tenancy gets their sessions kicked out, an admin must sign in and manually approve the first logins. It is not too annoying, but it does cause some headaches at times when people cannot sign into the desktop apps due to the SSO  setup. Overall, it is a great product.

It would be great to share entire folders externally, but that is not currently possible.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for close to two years in an organizational sense.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is great. It is easy to spin up a tenant and add users through SSO and just-in-time provisioning. I have not had any issues.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is good. You can email their support hotline, and they typically respond within hours, if not within a day, depending on the urgency. We have not had any urgent matters arise.

How would you rate customer service and support?

    Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used IT Glue. It was not as useful as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager and was a little clunky. It is great in other elements but not a dedicated password management tool.

    What was our ROI?

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been good. I am not particularly involved with that aspect, and the details were discussed during onboarding and managed by our accounts team.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, we evaluated other options including 1Password, Dashlane, Bitwarden , and KeePass. Those were probably the main solutions we reviewed, and we landed on Keeper Enterprise Password Manager.

What other advice do I have?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager does exactly what you are expecting it to do as a password manager. It performs well, looks good, and is pretty easy to set up. I recommend this over other platforms, as I have utilized 1Password and Dashlane in the past. Because I implemented this platform in my organization, I now use it personally. It is a great platform.

Proactive password insights have strengthened our account security and reduced downtime

    Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  is as a general password vault for personal and business accounts.

A quick specific example of how I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  for my business accounts is that we use it to store our passwords for some of our clients who access their servers and primary databases.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers are the ability to store multiple passwords and provide secure analysis of any weak passwords in real-time.

The real-time analysis of weak passwords helps my team immensely; it allows us to not only take a more proactive approach but also stay ahead of any ongoing and potential threat factors that weak passwords and weak areas may be exposed to.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by providing us less downtime and more efficiency across all of our organizations. It has led to less downtime not just due to a specific incident or metric, but across the board overall, we're much happier with the solution as opposed to some of our other competitors.

    What needs improvement?

One improvement I would like to see in Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is more specific hash values added to better provide even longer password security.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for a little over three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I feel Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has strong scalability across any organization.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is terrific; I have never had any issues.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used LastPass, and we switched due to the massive data breach a few years back.

    How was the initial setup?

I did not have to go through pricing, setup cost, and licensing; that was handled through our sales team.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to do the free trial and then assess if it fits your business needs. If it does, go from there. I would rate this product a 9.

Centralized password vault has secured client access and saves time with strong policies

    Reviewed on Feb 16, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  in my day-to-day work is the vault and the password manager.

A concrete example of how I use this tool daily is that I manage all of my passwords for my ERP applications and internet browser via the vault using the password generator.

    What is most valuable?

The best features offered by Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  are the password generator and the vault.

What I appreciate most about using the password generator and the vault daily is that it interfaces well with the Microsoft ecosystem, it is quite simple to use, and there is also a password policy that is relatively robust.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has had a positive impact on my organization because it allows us to secure all of our clients' passwords in a secure and legal way in Zero Trust mode. The concrete impact this has had includes time savings, as all the passwords are centralized in the Keeper Enterprise Password Manager console in the same place, and it also means you do not have to create a password.

    What needs improvement?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved as the model is very advanced and already integrates many solutions, but it could potentially interface more with MFA solutions.

I believe it provides the expected features, and it could perhaps be diversified by moving towards combining a DMS beyond an encrypted vault that we have per user.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is very stable because it is a solution that is maintained, and we have easy access to support.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate the scalability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as excellent, as it clearly allows us to integrate all of our new clients.

How are customer service and support?

I rate the customer support of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as very responsive and effective according to my experience, and the salespeople are proactive because they offer licenses in evaluation mode and in trial mode.

How would you rate customer service and support?

    Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before adopting Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I was using another solution, specifically Dashlane and KeePass, which are free, open-source solutions that are quite easy to install but very complex in terms of management and less user-friendly than Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, and they do not offer certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I did evaluate other options, and the choice was to keep Keeper Enterprise Password Manager instead of KeePass.

    What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment thanks to Keeper Enterprise Password Manager that can be measured; however, it helps ensure the sustainability of the company's revenue by properly protecting the key users of the company, such as executives or IT managers, so it is an insurance rather than a productivity gain, and for the moment, it is hard to measure.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience regarding pricing, installation costs, and license management for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager shows that the costs are relatively affordable, and the service rates are also relatively affordable for our clients.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I did evaluate other options, and the choice was to keep Keeper Enterprise Password Manager instead of KeePass.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is a good solution that I offer as an alternative to the open-source solutions on the market that we know, and it greatly strengthens security in companies for people with high-level administrative rights.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to other people considering using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is that it is a solution with an administration console and a fairly unique model that allows it to be deployed on all devices, offering other tools such as the encrypted vault, and above all, it has the required certifications in the context of ISO 27001 or SOC 2, while being easy to administer and deployable in all small and large organizations. I would rate this product eight out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  is for password security across the enterprise and ensuring that things are secure.

A specific example of how I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager  to secure things in my organization is by providing an outlet for users across multiple applications to have their passwords stored securely.

How has it helped my organization?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by preventing information from being received out and making it easier for users to access their passwords securely without any issues.

It has made things considerably easier in that instead of users using notepads or notes on Mac or Windows machines, it is more secure and gives them an option so they do not have to know all their passwords. They could just log into Keeper Enterprise Password Manager and it fills automatically, which saves time, especially if you are using multiple applications.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers are Single Sign-On  and authentication, which makes it difficult for other users to potentially hack in.

Single Sign-On  and authentication have helped my team because it is helpful in case a user changes their cell phone. As an example, I can reset the Single Sign-On authentication as well, making it more secure so that other users are not able to access that same account going forward.

    What needs improvement?

I have no suggestions for improvement as I think it is a great application.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for multiple years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is definitely stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager definitely scales pretty high.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. For those looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I advise that it is something that is easy to set up and cost-efficient, with a friendly customer support team there to support you in any way. I think it is the best option overall to protect our company.

How would you rate customer service and support?

    Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution before Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as this was the first one that we used.

    How was the initial setup?

The setup process for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager was straightforward because we followed the guide and were able to implement it successfully.

    What about the implementation team?

My company has just a customer relationship with this vendor with no other business relationship.

    What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment at this moment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that pricing was not too much.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I evaluated other options including LastPass and also looked at 1Password.

    Strong Security, Slight Complexity

    Reviewed on Feb 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Keeper Password Manager is the combination of strong security controls, one-time sharing links, and ease of use. The platform makes it simple for users to adopt better practices without adding friction to their daily workflows. Features such as secure sharing, role-based access, and centralized administration work well together to improve security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced administrative features and policy settings can feel complex, particularly for organizations with diverse user groups and access models. Reporting and auditing capabilities could be more intuitive and especially for teams that need quick visibility without exporting data. Pricing is also on the higher end compared to similar solutions, which can be a consideration as usage scales for larger organizations like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Keeper Password Manager to securely store, manage, and share credentials across the organization, reducing risks from password reuse and manual handling while giving administrators visibility and control over access management.
