You buy Employee Training Manager as a contract priced by employee headcount. The four tiers scale with the number of employees you manage. Starter covers up to 30 employees. Growth covers up to 100 employees. Professional covers up to 250 employees. Executive covers up to 500 employees. Pick the tier that matches your workforce size. As your headcount grows, you move to a tier with a wider employee limit. All tiers bill on the same contract model, so the employee count is the main factor that sets your price.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one employee for the tier limits?
Each active employee whose training records you manage counts toward your tier limit. Records for former employees move to the Audit Archive, which stays searchable but does not count against your active employee limit. So your tier reflects only your current workforce.
What happens when my employee count passes my tier's limit?
Each tier caps the number of employees you can manage. Starter covers up to 30, Growth up to 100, Professional up to 250, and Executive up to 500. When your headcount passes your tier's cap, you move to a tier with a wider employee limit.
Do all four tiers include the same features, or does the price only reflect headcount?
All tiers include the same six modules: training records, training matrix, certificate and licence tracking, event scheduling, compliance reporting, and the Audit Archive. The tier you choose sets only the employee limit, so headcount is the main factor that changes between tiers.
