KnowBe4's Compliance Plus is a comprehensive new-school compliance training library of more than 600 modules that provides global, continuously updated, engaging, relevant, concise and customizable content to teach your employees how to be compliant with your local organizational regulations.
Compliance Plus is tightly integrated with KnowBe4's KSAT training to allow you to take a comprehensive approach to both security and compliance training to lower the risks associated with fines, reputational damage, loss of customers and other noncompliance.

Vendor refund policy
All Orders are non-cancellable and all fees and other amounts you pay under this Agreement are non-refundable, except in the event KnowBe4 is unable to cure a valid warranty claim within thirty (30) days of notice, as provided in further detail in Section 9 of the KnowBe4 Terms of Service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about KnowBe4 compliance plus is how it makes compliance training easy to manage and actively effective. The platform is very user - friendly, the content is professionally and regularly updated. The reporting dashboards also give clear visibility into training progress, and audit reediness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is that customization and reporting could be more flexible. Some reports don't allow drill - down analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lack of Awareness in compliance requirements - It ensures employees understand important policies, standard, and regulations, reducing the risk of non-compliance due to ignorance. 2.Manual Tracking and Monitoring -Instead of tracking training completion manually, KnowBe4 automates assignments, reminders, and status tracking - saving time and eliminating errors.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is a big step up for our organization, helping us simplify compliance training beyond just cybersecurity by covering HR and ethics as well. The integrated policy management removes the hassle of tracking handbook acknowledgements, while "compliance in a Box' pre-built campaigns save a lot of setup time by auto-assigning training based on roles or locations. With engaging micro-learning content and strong reporting for audits, it makes compliance training far more manageable and close to a "set and forget" process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is effective overall, the user interface feels a bit dated, and navigating the large content library can take more clicks than expected. The content quality is also mixed: some videos feel outdated or overly dramatized, which can reduce employee engagement. In addition, much of the content is US-centric, so global teams may need extra time to locate and curate material that feels relevant for international audiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 essentially addresses the “human error” problem that plagues every organization by targeting the gap between technical security controls and actual employee behavior. Before using it, we were constantly worried about employees clicking phishing links or ignoring critical policies, which left us vulnerable to breaches and legal liability. It helps by automating the entire education and enforcement process—deploying phishing simulations to sharpen instincts and streamlining compliance training with automatic reminders, so we don’t have to chase people down for signatures. Ultimately, it shifts much of that burden off our IT and HR teams.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is designed to make compliance training practical, engaging, and easy to manage, rather than the usual boring, checkbox-style courses. I can also customize the training, add my own policies, and run automated campaigns without heavy administrative effort. Progress tracking and detailed reports make it simple for HR and compliance teams to monitor completion, identify risk areas, and demonstrate compliance during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
A common concern I have with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is content localization. Although the platform covers many global compliance topics, some training modules still feel more heavily focused on U.S. regulations. I also find the depth of customization somewhat limited: while branding and policy uploads are supported, it can be difficult to align everything with a very specific compliance workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus provides compliance training that employees don’t take too seriously, in a good way. It delivers engaging, real-world compliance training that employees can actually relate to, instead of dry legal language. The platform uses practical scenarios and short modules, which makes the content easier to follow and more approachable.

It’s easy to configure and go live within a few days. The support team is very prompt, responsive, and polite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I receive too many notification emails from KnowBe4 marketing and service alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps keep our employees alert to cyber and IT-related security issues. It also retains annual training records for audit purposes. Most importantly, the phishing alert button and the simulated phishing tests are very good.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus makes compliance training simple and genuinely effective. It offers up-to-date, interactive training across many compliance topics, along with customizable content and automated training campaigns, and it helps employees actually change their behavior. The training even looks like a Netflix show—high quality and only about 5 minutes long—so the team doesn’t get burnt out. I also love that I can brand everything with our logo and upload our own custom SCORM videos to keep it personal and relevant. It’s the first time compliance hasn’t felt like a “check-the-box” chore.
What do you dislike about the product?
While KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is strong for general compliance training, organizations with niche regulatory needs may still need to create custom content. The built-in reports are useful for day-to-day tracking, but more detailed audit or regulatory reporting may require extra manual work or data exports. Also, some advanced features and premium content come with additional licensing costs, which can increase the overall investment.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus helps us manage compliance training centrally and has reduced the risk of non-compliance caused by a lack of awareness. With automated training delivery, customizable content, and compliance tracking, it simplifies audit preparation and improves employees’ understanding of policies and regulations. Overall, it’s a practical solution for a regulated environment and a large user base.
