KnowBe4's Compliance Plus is a comprehensive new-school compliance training library of more than 600 modules that provides global, continuously updated, engaging, relevant, concise and customizable content to teach your employees how to be compliant with your local organizational regulations.
Compliance Plus is tightly integrated with KnowBe4's KSAT training to allow you to take a comprehensive approach to both security and compliance training to lower the risks associated with fines, reputational damage, loss of customers and other noncompliance.

Pricing

Vendor refund policy
All Orders are non-cancellable and all fees and other amounts you pay under this Agreement are non-refundable, except in the event KnowBe4 is unable to cure a valid warranty claim within thirty (30) days of notice, as provided in further detail in Section 9 of the KnowBe4 Terms of Service.

Tremendous Training Content - Quality and Quantity That Keeps Improving

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of content quantity and quality at this level is tremendous. It is also obvious that KnowBe4 stays closely connected to their customers and to industry best practices, because we have seen a move from hour-long annual training modules to bite-sized trainings designed to be spread throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, most of the content was previously included at the Diamond level, so it was frustrating to see them take content we had paid for and place it behind a new paywall. That said, over time they have added so much new content that this has become a value-add in its own right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we grow as an organization, and as the legal and regulatory landscape continuously evolve, Compliance Plus gives us a ready-made solution to new training problems that arise.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to configure and go live within a few days. The support team is very prompt, responsive, and polite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I receive too many notification emails from KnowBe4 marketing and service alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps keep our employees alert to cyber and IT-related security issues. It also retains annual training records for audit purposes. Most importantly, the phishing alert button and the simulated phishing tests are very good.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use dashboard and alerting systems, along with the onboarding setup assistance, are what I appreciate most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t find anything distasteful or unappealing about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a massive amount of time on reporting, and it also helps highlight issues or cracks in the compliance framework.

What do you like best about the product?
Has a wide variety of videos and good content for our HR and cybersecurity needs in training. Very easy to select the desired videos and create the "campaign" to send out for users to review. Even had our rep reach out to help with going through which videos would contain the content we want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more specific topics are held behind a high paywall that need to further upgrade, even though those videos would not be needed for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all videos we want for training in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is easily accessible and easy to set up. It’s very user-friendly and offers a wide variety of different types of training and topics. I really appreciate that it satisfies all our training requirements without needing to be integrated with other tools. Having an account manager to help with the setup and provide training on how to use the products is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there could be more training video modules and could upload more content for different types of organizations. For example, we are a COBRA billing administrator, if there could be third party vendor type of HIPAA trainings or even security awareness for certain type of entities, that would be nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus keeps us updated on regulations and instills client confidence in our compliance efforts.
