How to get started:
Free Trial: When you sign-up for our Free Trial, the setup fee for a free pilot is included, subject to limitations.
Once you sign-up for Symphonica our team will contact you to handle the initial onboarding within 3 business days. Our services team will then work with you to get your account set up, get your network connected and help you start your journey of orchestrating, activating and provisioning in the cloud.
We offer two pricing tiers:
Starter Tier - for up to 1 thousand beats per month. When you sign up for our Starter Tier, it is on a monthly basis. We suggest you leave the Renewal Settings set to Yes for auto-renewal, as most customers spend more than 1 month using their Starter account.

Definition of a beat:
A beat is counted each time Symphonica performs an operation on an external system (referred to as a southbound transaction). For instance, when you activate a data service that configures a router port, tests its status, and updates an external inventory system, each action is considered a beat.
The number of beats in a workflow depends on the complexity of the automation use case. Broadband activation usually requires 2-4 beats per activation, while a service change typically involves 1-2 beats.
