Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You choose a plan based on user count and yearly document volume. The Team plan covers up to 5 users and 500 documents per account each year. The Advanced plan covers up to 10 users and 750 documents. The Premium plan covers up to 20 users and 1,000 documents. Each plan is billed as a contract. If you need more capacity, the Document Allowance add-on gives you an extra 100 documents per year. This add-on applies to the Team, Advanced, and Premium tiers, so you can extend your document limit without moving to a different plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One document is a single file you upload for translation. You upload it, select target languages, and download the translated version. Translated documents keep their original format and layout. The count applies per account each year, across all users in your plan.
Each plan includes a set document count per account per year. To translate more, add the Document Allowance add-on. It gives an extra 100 documents per year. You can add it to the Team, Advanced, or Premium plan without switching to a different tier.
Each plan bundles both a user cap and a yearly document count. You pay one contract price per plan, not per user or per document. The plan you pick sets both limits together. If you exceed only documents, you add the Document Allowance rather than upgrading plans.
