No access to multiple tabs/sheets at the same time

Allows for easy search of documents throughout different departments, this allows me to find answers I'm looking for without pestering coworkers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Smartsheet. It has clear presentation and some sophisticated aspects like automation, which is extremely useful. Tagging people and having emails sent to them when rows change is great. The ability to pull through from master sheets to baby sheets to create organizational tools is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think working collaboratively is a bit of an issue. It's certainly more intuitive to collaborate on a sheet in something like Google Sheets, where edits are made live and you can see when people are editing. I've had issues where, because you need to press save for the sheet to update for someone else, work is lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for project management, like managing weekly statuses and agendas. Its simplicity and automation features, like tagging people and sending emails when rows change, are useful. However, collaboration could be improved, as live editing isn't as intuitive as Google Sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can toggle between the grid view and the timeline view in Smartsheet. It automatically builds timelines and schedules in a visual way that I can share with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to navigate to linked sheets, see how sheets are connected, and move between connected sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for tracking project timelines, organizing documents, people, and assignments. It provides a visual representation of schedules, keeping clients and customers aligned with the project team.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple people can work on it at the same time, and it’s easy to learn and get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t remember my adjustments. For example, every time I open it, I have to suppress certain parts of the sheet again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My boss uses it to list the projects we’re working on and to set goals. I add updates on our progress and milestones as we go. It keeps everything organized and makes our lives easier.
