Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Been having a lot of trouble with forms and permissions and not sure if it's a program error or our user error.

I always log in with email and password, I wish the main page did not require so many clicks to get to that. In my dashboard view, it shows a sheet, but sometimes the scrolling side to side and up and down does not always work as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to put together a plan for a project or process in a simple way with collaborators inside and outside my organization, and it reduces my manual follow-ups and chasing. I like the no-code setup, the improved UI, and how easy it is to explain Smartsheet and onboard new users with minimal resistance. The no-code platform doesn’t scare off my non-technical colleagues, and the Excel-like views make them comfortable because they’re familiar with Excel. The new interface feels modern, more effective, and faster. I also like being able to build scalable solutions across projects or processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Smartsheet’s vast feature set could be organized by use case. Sometimes users get lost in the features and confused, so a simpler view for the specific use they’re trying to solve could help. When I first used it about four years ago, there was also some learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to lay out project or process plans simply with collaborators inside and outside my organization, reducing manual follow-ups and chasing.
