Overview
Paytia takes the dangerous part out of phone payments. When your agent says "I'll take payment now," the customer enters their card on their phone keypad. Paytia masks the DTMF tones so the agent never hears the digits, the call recording stores nothing sensitive, and your CRM only ever sees the last four. The agent stays on the line, helping the customer through the transaction, but the card data routes straight from the phone to the payment gateway, completely bypassing your environment.
