Commerce.AI helps activate unstructured customer experience data. Our technology extracts attributes, intents, marketing opportunities and other insights from voice, text & video data. Our unique strength is that we have hundreds of pre-built integrations and machine learning models to pull such data from public and internal sources such as ecommerce product reviews, call center, chat, videos etc. All extracted insights can be visualized using their dashboard or pushed to other BI tools to enhance customer experience, as consumer wishlist, use cases, purchase reasons. It can be further trained to extract advanced intelligence for marketing, merchandising & product development.

You buy this platform as a contract license, priced by how many projects you can run. The four options scale by project count. The SMB License covers 5 projects, the Mid-Market License covers 15 projects, and the Enterprise License covers 50 projects. The Unlimited License removes the project cap entirely. Pick the tier that matches the number of projects you plan to run. Each step up raises your project allowance rather than changing how the platform bills. This lets you match your license to your expected workload volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one project under each license tier?
The pricing table sets your license by project count: 5, 15, 50, or unlimited. A project is a workspace where you build and run agents on the platform. The tier you buy caps how many projects run at once. The platform data does not further define project boundaries, so confirm specifics with the vendor.
What happens if I need more projects than my tier allows?
Each tier sets a fixed project ceiling. The SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Licenses cap you at 5, 15, and 50 projects. To run more, you move to a tier with a higher project allowance. The Unlimited License removes the cap. The change is a manual choice of tier, not automatic overage.
Does the license limit how many calls, connectors, or agents I can use?
Your license meters project count, not call volume, connectors, or agents. The platform runs multi-agent workflows, connects to your systems through the Model Context Protocol, and scores every conversation. These capabilities come with each project. Only the number of projects you can run at once changes across tiers.

If I'd suggest, there is scope of improvement in terms of additional backend connectors to make this a universal workflow software etc. But depending on cost, it provides ample amout of features, so that is definitely a plus.
